I think something like 3 goals, 3 assists is the minimum for 9.5 for forwards, with assists perhaps weighted more heavily than goals. Got a 9.0 tonight with Aguero, hat trick plus two assists in a 5-0 victory. I've had similar results in which one player has scored all five goals, only to pull an 8.5. Only 9.5 I can remember achieving was ages ago with Nicklas Bendtner of all people, which was 5 goals, 3 assists in an absolute mauling administered in a CL semi.

Also, a defender scoring a single goal, especially from a "tactic", like CB Overlap, appears to boost his rating moreso than a single goal for a striker.

Only ever managed an 8.5 once.

The key, as an attacking midfielder, seems to be "running with the ball" - as I had some misplaced passes in there and not particularly many interceptions.

A 9.0 or 9.5 is in cloud cuckoo land for me.

any one that has ever got a 9.0 why dont you just take a pic off it and post it i dont belive anyone iff i had a 9.0 9.5 i would have put a pic up by now already i can say all day long i scored 12 and assisited 100 and got 9.0 but weres the proof come on take your phone out or a camera and take a picture how hard is that? show me a picture and il be over the moon lol

I've got hundreds of nines. A 9.0 is not really that hard to get. Anything above that however, definitely is.

I can't be arsed to post pictures anyway, so fuck off if you were going to tell me to do so.

1 picture out off the 100s 9.0 you got okay mate good luck to yaaa you clearly missed 99 chances to put your money were your mouth is now didnt you you and you say hundreads off 9.0 lol you must get them every game than i play on 10 min 15 min i dont have time to play 20 min 30 min matches 10 years on and im yet to see a 9.0 apart form everyone saying yeahh i got 9.0 prove it simple as that ( top player as well noob )

'over a hundered times' was cleary a light hearted over exagerration on my part, and if you had any common sense you could've noticed that.

Money? No-one mentioned money, in fact i'm pretty sure i'm not betting on anything.

Obviously you aren't good enough to get the odd 9.0. So stop whining and improve at the game.

OK I see this brings up fights so I'll say it for the hundred time:

PS2 and original Xbox- the highest you can get is 9.0.

PS3 and Xbox 360- the highest you can get is 8.5.

9.5 is impossible to get.
