i cant stop playing fifa 07 ON 360, ITS awesome im a die hard pes fan but i always test fifa every year to see if they have improved this year i will buy and going on the pes feedback ill wait and see what more people think.
i downloaded the fifa 07 demo on the 360 market place and i cant stop playing it, goals and movement is individual now, goals are all differnt players move like the real players like how ronaldo runs like a gazzele to rooneys strenght holding plers of and ronladinho is so graceful with the ball like an artist.
if pes doesnt have the edit modes and uptodate rosters and replay saves many will not buy it fifa has all this in there game and playes like pes and will have better graphics and all the sponsers,
i believe Pes has hit a low patch since PES4 the game has not really improved at all, they need to revamp the gaame get more animations and get more leagues and divisions and for goodness sake change the points money system to pounds or dollars or euros i dont care
there is alot of people that dont know much about soccer games and see fifa and pes and buy fifa cos of the name and the marketing they do on it around the world and the people who buy pes buy it cos they know its the best game but for fact now its not the best on the next gen console i feel the game play on fifa is a step ahead of pes now after fifa remade there game with 1400 NEW animations the game looks almost real and the gameplay is nothing like ps2 version fifa or even wc2006 on 360 fifa has changed for good and is better.
Its good though cos now the next PES will be better for this competetion,

From those video's i see that Konami is still using the same commentary from PES3. As pissed off as i am with Konami for their laziness on the 360, those vids still look great so im just going to have to be a sucker to the corporation and buy it. Plus i don't have any other console.

So the game is slower when you play online? And this only happenes on the 360 version? Im guessing they have not been able to get the game to not lag on its current speed online, so to deal with framerate issues and lag they slowed it down? I dont know how this works out, but I think this could realy annoy people, and they may have damaged the one redeemable feature of the 360 version.
Its really crazy the idea that PS2 online support for this game will be better than xbox live, but konami have not done a good job with this right from the get go. Im ashamed that they have actually resorted to EA tactics of shipping out a inferior product just for money, its worse when you consider the fact that it costs more money for the xbox360 version then any other version.
Its a real shame becuase there is lots of money to be made from PES6 on xbox360 and lots of people are/were purchasing the xbox360 just for 'next gen pes' now Im not even buying the 360 version. Luckily, i'm informed enough to know its not worth the more money, but its a shame some people have bought a new console just for this game and its not up to scratch.
I dont wanat to 'speculate' anymore why this has happened but Konami have simply not organised the time for development of the game well. The 360 has been out for nearly a year and development kits have been out for a year and half, when you bear in mind that they never made PES5 for 360, they have had alll this time to simply make a good port for the 360 version. Incredibly, many xbox1 owners now have no pro to look forward too.
Also depending on how greedy konami are we could infact see the worst feature of xbox live taken advantage of in 'Microtransactions' were people will have to pay for all the features its missing.

so uv played pes6 x360?if not you cant really make that judgement,ppl have different opinions,for all we know some fifa fan boys have logged on n posted s*** bout pes.i have played the demo of fifa 07.it is much better than previous versions of the game!but not as gd as we10. t does sound like pes x360 will be dissapointing,but thats the !!extra!!features.we managed prior to these jus on gameplay!and give fifa the cold sholder then!it is annoying and many ppl,such as my self,had been waitin for a good solid edit mode since pes1/2,we eventually get 1 and its not even in the xbox 360 version.game will be good!no doubt about it!features/extras may not!

Why? Playing the fifa demo i have found it no different from the PS2 controller using the PES controls. It is a lot smaller now and I don't think it will be a problem as we can move sprint and change player to the triggers instead of the bumper buttons.

I don't own an XBOX 360 so I don't have the option of getting that version anyway. But even if I did, I would still choose the PS2 one, since a poor edit mode would drive me crazy; I wouldn't be able to handle playing with "South London White" or "Lancashire" or whatever those rubbish fake names for the unliscened Premiership clubs are. The woeful commentary is disappointing too (but then you'll get that with whichever version).
To be honest, the goal celebrations were the same boring old recycled ones seen since PES3, and I'm sick of that. Konami better get there act together for their "true" next-gen game on the PS3 or I will be furious. The graphics in the 360 clips are good, but with the lack of complete change to player animations to make everything look more realistic, there is only a limited point to it all.

omg i cant believe ppl wont buy it cause u cant save ure goals or do some editing so what its all about the gameplay it would be nice to have all the right team names sponsors and kits but it aint essential to the final gameplay.and the 360 version is going to have better ai as seabass said in an interview because the 360 has more power so i will still be buying it .as for fifa its still shit
jus got mine 2day.the game is gd,gd movement gd animations,gr8 ai.in my first game i went 1 ahead early with barca against ath madrid,it was a close game till the lst 10mins wen torres rocketed an equaliser past me,finally in the last minute petrov crossed and a gd header frm kezmna meant i lost.
the ai is much more willing to shoot,run,thru pass ect,much more exciting.
i braced myself wen i clicked on edit!omg!its worse than wen i had a psp and there was no masters league!
u cant even edit appearance!i like making myself,i cud do it,u can change names and abilities,but that wud mean i have to find sum1 unimportant to me,but bears sum sort of resemblence.u cant even change there boots!there is 3 options,1 really

i strted a ml,gd fun as usually,i am tottenham,for sum reason mido looks terrible having luked gd on the previous ones,he has blonde hair?face is poor,others are very gd tho.
this is exactley like pes5 psp in the way they have chopped gd features out.after a ml game i liked lookin at the match details so i cud see who they fort had the best game,whose got the most goals on the pitch this season ect,n player ratings,but thats not there after the game!
despite all these ifeel its worth the buy!its still got gr8 gameplay!hopefully u guys can get sum patches,dunno if its possible on 360?n if so il have to get my firmware done!havent tried online.
i agree witha previous point bout the triggers,they do mek it harder,i played fifa 07 demo,pes control setup,tht used the rt as run,but pes uses rb which is equivalent to r1 but it was sumthin to get use to.
1 point,i think if u play a crossing game where u score mainly headers u r f***** coz i have bin playin most of the mornin and am yet to score a header.any header frm a corner or cross frm wide seemingly sails into the air,i duno if its a power bar or wot,mebbe jus me,but it is quite frustratin
all u complainin bout i got a 360 for this,blahblahblah,jus buy it b4 u listen to others n moan,it is frustrating but the gameplay is still teh best!also who pays in excess of £300 4 1 game,nobody,i think u bought a 360 4 sum otha games,not jus 1,if u did then thts jus stupid.

Lol has everyone gone insane.....how many times have we had this discussion with our fifa fan mates (along these lines): 'Fifa is good for licences etc....but for pure gameplay its pro evo everyday of the week.' That was (for me at least) our arguement for playing pro as opposed to fifa.
I dunno. maybe i am the only one here who played pro all those years back with players like oranges 006 and Ryan Greggs where your only bastard choice. why did we play it then?....because it was the gameplay that made Pro Evo Quality and i cant believe that this quality is being ignored by people who are after replays and an edit mode.

well do u have a hd monitor?u cant u cudnt tell if its hd if ur monitor wont display it,i dont even know if any pc monitor is hd yet so......
gr8 point keano!couldnt of sed it better myself,dont forget oven/owen and betty/batty,sheer quality.its all about the gameplay!!!!!
oh and the complaint against the commentary,the poor commentary never bothered me,i jus put sum music on,and here the x360 has an advantage over the ps2 as i simply mute the commentary,keep al the sound effects on,plug my mp3 player into my 360 and listen to music whilst keepin the sound effects!such as the noise wen u hit the post,with no noise it jus dunt mek the same impact 4 me!
another thing,there are some nice crown noises in and it seems that you can sumtimes hear the players shoutin!

Nightmare....I was so looking forward to the 360 version.....I will still buy it because all in all, Im a gameplay man and I prefer a slower game instead of a real fast one and the graphics look superb but got to admit that I really like being up to date with transfers and having real names and kits etc, surely there will be an update patch issued by Konami in the near future and you can buy it using your MS points in the live market place which, if available will put all my worries to rest.....just why, oh why did they do this though, they will probably lose a few loyal PES fans and it just stinks of laziness and taking your fanbase for granted.

Well... the gameplay isnt the issue, issit? Nobody seems to be debating that there is somethingw rong with the gameplay.
the main problem most, including me, have with the game, is that it just feels like Konami didnt bother. They didnt bother putting in a replay-save function (how dumb is that?), they didnt put in the highly-praised edit-functions, they STILL havent fixed the issues with playing online, etc etc etc...
So compared to older versions, we are now getting less game.
And it seems so unneccesarry and stupid to have left it out.
So personally, for me, I'm sticking with PES5. I can understand other people buying it, and not being too bothered about the stuff that's missing, but to me they ARE very important, and if I would buy this full-prize, I would feel ripped off by Konami.
It's a shame. Konami disgracing themselfs and disrespecting their Xbox360 fans, by releasing an incomplete version of the game we all love... :no:
I can see your point pal. it does seem like a case of neglegence on Konami's part or maybe even damaging loyalty to Sony who knows. i suppose this is the time when people choose what they value most in their football game. if u still value gameplay over editing etc then im sure the 360 version of the game is for you and me.
Besides sureley the people at Konami cant possibly intend to leave no posibility of updating their game......can they?.....(shudders)
