New update available! I guess its the V1.7
It has the details on the first post.
-It includes all missing players for Arsenal & Tottenham Hotspur and some others.
-Updated stats and more...see the first post for all contents.
Unfortunatley the name shortening has had to take a hike so to speak.
I will re-instate it once all PL teams have been edited.

-Contains Smoki's new 2.2 update with the re-structured Master League.
-More appearences then any other PS2 option file.
-Better club team emblems, including some already licenced teams like
Villareal.
-More special hairstyles than any other PS2 option file.
-All errors corrected, such as mis-spelling of Senderos.
-A few new transfers like Zayette - Hull and Annan - Rosenborg.
-Stats update for more realism, yet keeping the ML experience.

Well unless you can put the option file onto your PlayStation 2, then you won't be able to use a PSP version, as one dosen't exist yet.
So if you can put it on your PS2, connect the PS2 to the PSP, then send the file using a USB lead. You have to access this in the game, under the settings menu on both of the games. (PSP game and the PS2 game).
If I get the game on PSP, I will then release PSP versions.

Has the stats for certain players been upped?
Like in smoki's OF, certain players like Rooney have their stats lowered.
rooney is default in my option file, maybe your comparing to 2008 file ?

Yeah stats have been edited like it says in the first post.
In Smoki's, Rooney has default stats (rather high by Konami in my opinion).
Cristiano1992's file has lowered his stats so he dosen't get 20+ goals. But Rooney dosen't deserve 92 attack.
But I wouldn't agree with some of his stats such as 83 attack for C. Ronaldo (42 goals - deserves the Konami 97).

JoeH how do i dowload the file??? i clicked the link and goes to megaupload . And then???
Once you're in Mega Upload, it says somewhere towards the top on the right, enter a specific 3 digit code (e.g. ABC).
Once you have entered the code, you have to wait for about 45 seconds, then chose to either save or download the zip file.
Either way right click the file you need when the zip file is open, then right click, chose extract and then put it onto your PS2.
