PS2 (PES4) Option File Question

Excuse my ignorance, I'm a PS2 novice...

I'm not a fan of the Master League any more since edited players' attributes return to their defaults so instead of that, I want to set up my own league and transfer players between teams etc.

When I do transfer players between teams (I don't mean updating teams, I mean putting Fernando Torres at Man Utd etc after half the season, say) I'd like to save that onto a separate Option File - is that possible on one Memory Card? I only have one Memory Card, at the moment at least. If so, what's the easiest way to do it? Currently in edit mode, Auto Save is on.

Thanks for your help.

Christ, what am I on. Christ, I'm talking about how in the Master League all the players' attributes revert back to their defaults, so it's not really accurate. Christ, WTF, I'm just wondering how to save edited data in a separate option file, on the same Memory card.

WFT, and Christ again.

As far as I know, you can only save 1 option file per memory card, for the same PES game.

Crapweasel, if you have a max drive, you can save your original option file to your PC (or even onto your max drive itself) and start doing what you want to do to the one stored on your memory card.
