From the peeps who brought you this option for file for 2008, I now present you with the PS2 & PSP Ultimate Master League Option File v2.0 for PES 2009
Base File a mixture of kenlee_wd326 & Elgens V2 option file.. (credit where credit is due)
Features...
As well as all the Champions league teams, the option file now includes a total of 5 Bundesliga Teams and various other new teams...
V2.0
-Player Database Structure Completely reworked, for the Ultimate Master League Experience
-Classic Players moved to edited National slots, to keep the classic team format (they can no longer be bought in the master league, but can be played in classic team format)
-Classic teams now with new retro kits, line ups and formations.
-Old Classic Players overwritten with under 21/23 players (credit to Konami Rules for U21/U23 Player Structure)
-Retired/Classic Shop players Overwritten with many new players from around the world (credit to Konami Rules, PES Upgrade & hammer 80's papadimi option file for some of the players)
-Many new players created and added to free agents including young and old.
-Reviewed Stadium Names and allocation to all teams (credit to JoeyH for some of the work)
-Tweaked some kits... National and Club... Wales now have the 08/09 official kit..
-few minor transfer updates

-Moved Bate Borisov & Replaced over HJK helsinki
-Added Hertha Berlin including players, appearances, Kits & line up's (Replaced Old Bate Borisov [Previously Boca Juniours])
-Tweaked All unlicensed National Kits and some club kits to make them look more accurate.
-Updated transfers for Greek teams, including missing players (credit to hammer 80's papadimi option file).
-Stats tweaked for 1 or 2 English league Players, such as Arsenal, Hull City, Liverpool, etc.

-All Goalkeepers have long sleeves as default
-Updated Boots (similar boots as to that of the PES2008 option file)
-Added many players to free agents, ie Boca, River Plate, internacional, etc
-Some Missing Players Created...

-PES Shop Unlocked with 800 PES Points.. (PSP & PS2)

Smoki Please can you add DERBY COUNTY Because i support man city but come from that area and my mates support derby and he love it if u have derby on it. Please can u get rid off the under 21s because the classic version looks better and the kits are easy and look nice.
Sniper23BG - this file dosen't have the U-21's it does have the classic teams.
Glad the whole Daivart, Abude, AKFreakz, Slayer Dead show is finally over, it was funny while it lasted but I suppose it had to come to a head lol.
Lets just hope he only knows PESGaming and none of the others.

to elaborate with classic kits aswell only in this file you cant buy the classic players in master league as the original ones have been replaced by under 21 players and classic players moved to edited national players

Just taking a look at your PES 2008 Option File thread like you suggested, regarding Daivart. (Nothing I haven't seen before but still funny).
He's mostly in the later pages, pages 34 onwards are funny.
There's one of me indirectly accusing Daivart of stealing our work (which in fact, he did, but later gave credit for). - Page 37.

this is a link for a psp with a custom Firmware 3.71 m33... the link that smoki give is for a psp with 4.01 m33(if i'm not mistake).. so who are alway have a problem with a corrupt data can try this once.. this is the same OF that have been edit by SMOKI... credit to SMOKI.. i'm proud of him..

Daivart returned during his ban with other accounts, so I don't think we'll be seeing him back.
As for the credit things in your above post, you can use them in the PESGaming Bookie or Casino to try and improve your total.
Or, alternatively, you can transfer them to another member (me ¬_¬) if you're not going to use them. Just saying.

Yes new boots similar to that of 2008. but not assigned to all players yet.. a fair amount of players have them though...
I'm sure the ban has been lifted on Daivart, I know he has been returning with all sorts of accounts, but they all still say banned (AKfreakz, Slayer Dead as well as abude).
But his original account, the one named Daivart, dosen't have the banned bar there any more, meaning he is back.
