When John Murphy was talking about "one folder", he was about that all user editable Files are under one root folder, where might be some subfolders like graphics, sound, edit stats etc.

Which is true so far. Only Problem for us is, that this all just belong to the PC Version, cause on PS3 we can't access the directories, all we can access is the "media-/filebrowser" Sony likes to give to us.
As far as I remember, John never talked about consoles in this case (It was on twitter), some guys just didn't read correct and spread the myth it was about PS3 as well.

Um I dont know how it works but i just copied my edit file for my option file to send to pategato to test out and fix some things and the only thing downloaded was in fact....one file. so we shall see how it goes. i still have 100 files on my ps3 though
