Hi everyone first post here. First off, well done for putting all this effort in to improving the game for so many others. :)

Secondly i'm having a little trouble.# and i'm wondering if anyone can help. I downloaded the newest file, opied it onto my usb stick and copied it over to me ps3. My USB stick showed up on 'save game data utility' on my ps3 menu and when i clicked into it i could view all the many different kits and face scans. I copied them all over by pressing triangle and selecting copy. Then i loaded the game and after this i'm a little bit stuck for what to do. I've tried what i thought was the most obvious thing which was to go intosystem settings on the game and searched for data to load but couldn't find anything.

I've only just bought the game today and i'm running it on 1.40 update that i downloaded around an hour ago. Any help or advice would be great. Cheers.

@ono : Have you tried this one ? Settings --> Download. Also, this OF only for PES EUR version.

The Uk version is the same as the Euro version right? :unsure:

How come cant you just put those 2 i'm havin a go at doing them myself but cant change skin colour and that of players ????

Right i'm having big problems with this. I still haven't managed to do it yet (lol).

Anyway this is exactly what i have done step-by-step. If anybody can offer me a little bit of guidance i'd greatly appreciate it.

1) - I downloaded the file to my PC
2) - Copied the files onto my USB drive
3) - Inserted USB drive into PS3. Files show up in saved data utlity.
4) - Individually copied each file (the kits/faces etc...)to my PS3 by pressing triangle and selecting copy. I did this for each individual file until i had done them all
5) - Loaded my Pro Evo game. It has update 1.40 on it as i installed it before i attempted to insert the option file

The questions i have relate to what i actually do next. I go to edit on the game to check if it's worked but it doesn't appear to have done so. I've checked System Settings > Downloads (on the game) and the only available download is the new England kit update. I'm downloading that now but i'm not expecting that to be the reason the option file isn't working.

I've also checked the load facility on the game and it does let me load an edit file which is roughly 136kb and it appears this edit file is located in the save data utility on my PS3 (i noticed it when copying the files to my ps3). I'd expect my copied files (the option file) to be alongside this edit file so i can load it onto my game, but it just isn't there.

I'm so confused and frustrated. I'm so excited to try it as it sounds great, but there must be something i'm doing wrong. If anybody can help whilst at the same time being very specific (i'm not great with all this) i'd be so happy. It would actually make my day. I know i'm a new poster and probably a bit of a pain, but any pointers anyone can give me will be gladly received. Thank you all again for your help.

Sounds what you've done was right. You need to download the in-game update in the System Settings --> Download menu.

Just in case, to confirm which region your PES ... Can you look at your disc and search for Playstation logo. And confirm that the game code is BLES 00338 like the pic.

Can someone still help me with this?? I downloaded it, copied it over to PS3, and now some of the kits do not show up in the game! Whats wrong??

I've got the new update and i've just checked and the game code is BLES 00338.

The only thing i have noticed is of the files i downloaded, when i viewed them on my ps3 there was only a few face scans and maybe about 50 kits which i think were just all premiership ones. Does it sound like i've only downloaded an update of the actual option file. Can anybody link me to the newest complete option file if thats the case. I thought i had done that to begin with but it appeasr i haven't. Cheers again and again and again...

right put the game in then game settings at the bottom press install after that download 1.4 konami update mate btw you have linked your ps3 to the internet havnt you ?

I've got the latest update mate (1.40).

I'm trying a different option file now just to see if it works.
