Guys, i have a problem... i had that problem trying to importing Spartak about not having sufficient number of players.. i read about deleting free agents, but i cant understand how to do that... i'm going in edit players and if i press Triangle i can just reset that player's data to default, i cant delete him.. and that is for every player... so am i doing something wrong? how should i delete this free agents players? The post says "go to created players section". It refers to Edit players under the Players tab in the Edit menu, right? Please help me understand. Thanks!

Second player controller has to be switched off until you're at the team selection screen (the you can go back a screen and assign it to second player). Otherwise you get an error and it won't load edited teams.
Just more Konami weirdness unfortunately. You can also get around it by making a sub-account then logging in with controller 2. You have to change a setting on the sub-account to allow user-generated media to be used - I've been using this method with no issues.

You can't delete because they are not created players
in edit player mode, you can choose players from a lists, such as English Premier League, Spanish league....etc (you select these parts of course can't delete the players!)
Then at the buttom, there are some created players (i am not sure the name in game as I am not at home and can't assess the game). If the player is a free agent, i.e. not in any club or national team, you can delete it.

I was wondering if there are any duplicates to be removed from the Bundesliga or UEFA teams, as I have found M. Friedrich twice playing in Augsburg and as Free Agent. Does anyone have a list or so to fix this? And how can I fix this, I am not an editing expert... Thanks to you all guys.

where can i find this allowing user-media things ?
All having problem with the option files while playing with 2 controllers. Just log in with a second account and make a save in the editor without option file or anything. Quit the game and always make sure u mainly logged in on the first account(where u got the option file installed) when u start pes. The game will "feel" that both controllers got "saved data" in editor, so no error message will appear and it will use the data u got in ur main account.....problem solved

It's a problem to be obliged , for each update, to delete created free players before to re install some created teams.
it's losing time.
Don't you have a definitive solution in order to just re-install created teams without deleting created players ?

Start the PS4 with your Main Account.
Settings -> Parents control -> Sub-Account Management
Select the Sub-Account and allow user generated Media and confirm.

Other problem with Konami direct update : we lose each time National Teams (at least those which had fake players )
In order to not re-install all the national teams for each update, have you the list of the national teams who had fake players names ?

I don't think there's anything an OF maker can do to fix this (it's a problem with local edit data). One solution would be to only provide full OF's and we could delete Edit Data before adding each update. Of course this would break any editing done to competitions etc.
It's not too much hassle to delete all the duplicates once you know what to do.

you can import which team you want, so of course, you can also choose which team NOT to imort
if you never play them, you can even not to import the jersey!
