Looks interesting but have to check out the demo whenever it is released!

And by the way, may be a stupid question, but what do they mean by looped headers? Does it mean goes up and then down like an egg shape?

I don't know about you guys, but i'm really looking forward to PES2010. As far as i'm concerned, the only thing that'll bother me at this point is the gameplay. But asides from that, everything that i was anticipating is coming to reality (if the gameplay could just be at least like fifa 09, then i'm 100% convinced that i would never let go of this game).

LMAO at the chose changes, other than the online, who actually gives a fuck, nothing on animations, directions, mark my words, this game is gonna get smoked in september, badly too.

Dragon fly is spot in btw, laughin at these clowns slagging of fifa then cumming in their pants because PES is getting FIFA 09 leftovers.

The penalty system existed in fifa ages ago, and the fucking sliders are in fifa 09 custom tactics, but when its in pes, its realistic, when its in fifa, its shit.

Typical fanboys.

If they fix the online, thats very good, also i think master league has real money and improved transfers, thats also good. But nothing innovative, nothing really that I cant do in another football game.

I do not consider these changes 'next generation'.

No sane individual is gonna dump fifa 10's revamped manager mode (which has everything pes 2010 just got and more) and first ever 360 dribbling system because PES 2010 has untucked shirts, a tactics gage, and the CPU doesnt do automated fouls. hahaha.

Well, the gameplay is the most important and PES 2010 will have the same engine as PES 2009,this mean the new PES will not have FIFA 09's gameplay.

If you had to pick a game now, which one would you pick?

The one with a master league with real money, Official CL and Europa league and a tactics gage, and new PK system.

Or the one with most of europes major leagues fully liscensed, a totally re vamped manager mode, 360 dribbling and skill dribbling, about 50+ stadiums and the most advanced physics system available. And the game that already has some of the other games key improvements anyways.

Its not even a contest right now, PES seems like its simply correcting errors, which is good, but there is nothing inspring at all there for me.

Of course I would choose FIFA.Unfortunately I don't have XBOX360 or PS3 and FIFA PC sucks very much.

Maybe PES AI is better, but players movements are unrealistic from what I've seen in trailer(the same as in PES 2009).And I repeat,it's unaceptable to see again in PES 2010 these GIANT shorts, this thing is bothering me too much, what are they, basketball players???The more I play PES 2009 the more I want to throw it out of the window.
Hope there will be a major change in gameplay or I'm not gonna buy PES anymore.

I traded mine in for Virtua Tennis because I couldn't take the little things like being sent off for a perfect tackle lol

Cutting the crap now........

* Champions League will be playable online

So.....

* New tatics system called tatics slider focusing on player support | support range | compactnes | defensive line | pressing attacking style | defensive strategy. The slider works on a 0-100 scale.

Also known as Fifa 09 'custom tactics', complete utter rip off, nothing innovative.

* New card system replacing the old player ability stars

If the player ablities actually mean something this year, maybe its a decent change at best, but that the problem with pes right now, the AI controlled Peter Crouch can catch Obafemi Martins

* Team mates will flood the box if Beckham for eg is about to cross the ball as opposed to a player with less skills in crossing.

This I do like, nice idea actually, if it works out

* Defenders can be zoned individually or instructed to push on

Im sure I can do this in fifa custom tactics too, I dont see the innovations here.

* BAL created players can be added to master league

I personally couldnt give a fuck about this idea.

* No visible loading times

Not bad.

* Loop headers are in

Again not too bad either, thought i could do them in pes 6 anyways, but maybe im wrong.

* Ability to auto-select team members by condition | ability and balance

Nothing remotley special there

* More balanced refs which also use the advantage rule
Very nice

* AI no longer makes automatic tackling | shooting decisions

Thats just common sense.

Conclusion: There is sweet mary jane fucking jack diddly squat shit ass nothing there that makes me think

"ooohh let me shell out £40 for this shit, its mega"

Instead it makes me think

"If I buy it, ill keep the receipt in a safe place, and if game dont give me a decent trade in price for it, ill wipe my ass with this garbage."

You're Welcome Krishna.

And guys, I think Konami want to reveal the best thing last. ;)

I hope it has something to do with gameplay.

I have to admit my decision has been made a bit tougher this time around. After not buying PES09 and after reviewing what both futbol games have to offer, i'm leaning forward to buying both games this time. I'm buying FIFA2010 mainly because I just want to see the new 360 degree movement. Other than this, I'd pick PES2010 hands down.

Okay, personally I think PES is in decline and until I see proper changes and not updates/ corrections, thats the way its gonna be.

The guys at EA are pissing themselves at konami, they got a fully licensed manager mode with a more advanced transfer system, clubs get 2 different kinds of budgets and get money from the board of directors, if you go to real madrid and set board difficulty to 'high' and lose games, you'll be out the door, players pick clubs on prestige not just money, you can move teams instead of having to start all over again, more teams, more stadiums, more players etc....

And all Konami came up with was : You can import BAL players into ML, official CL is in ML and players cost real money........

Haha, its a joke.

Is there anything signifcant in pes, that you cant do in fifa 10, seriously, I dont see why non fanboys are gonna wanna buy this game.

This all looks very awesome. If this turns out the way it looks so far, then no complaints please as konami will have the job done. Although there's always room for improvements, but still it would look as if you are asking too much. Anyway, this does look awesome.:D

Im shocked you said that to be honest, but its cool.

Where the fuck is amatuer? Lets see what he says

Im not convinced at all by this shit, I mean, i dont doubt the fanboys on here are gonna buy this, even if it was a turd in a box some of you would still spend big money on it. But seriously.... can someone explain to me whats so fucking good about these changes, some of them are good, but there is nothing here to really get that excited about, most of it you can already do in fifa 09 for fucks sake, maybe pes will implement it better....

But this whole thing isn't making sense, one minute its "This game has been in the making for 2 years", well if this is all they have come up with in 2 years, there a serious fucking issue.

I expect the animations to be better but this clearly isnt shaping up to be the big comeback people on here said it was gonna be.

i admit fifa does have a hell of a lot more to offer than PES, but you can't deny that PES is more fun. Gameplay is the only flaw for me. FIFA has fully liscenced teams, a more organised manager mode, etc., but PES gives you more freedom.

It gives you more national teams to play with, it gives you the freedom to mess around with players, teams, stadium names, etc., You can't do this with FIFA (I mean the game doesn't even show you a single trophy when you win a championship for christ's sake).

I think what I'm trying to say is this: Even though FIFA is closest game resembling real life futbol, I always seem to gear towards PES because the game offers me so much more.

To date FIFA's...

edit mode= Garbage/ non existant (Although you can edit generic staduim names this year and pick which teams gets which stadiums)

Trophy Celebrations= some of the worst Ive ever seen. (this will continue in fifa 10, which is quite disgraceful to be honest)

And yet its way ahead of pes. Fifa managed to tune their engine into producing more life like games of football, especially in the midfield where battles happen, players like pirlo and xavi can really run games from the centre circle and its a key factor in winning top games. That the secret right there, you can take pirlo into the centre circle and the CPU wont mindlessly rush you, he will sometimes leave you alone and keep in his space, it opens up different possibilities. Thats the secret to fifa's comeback, that engine allows tactical games of football, and they are trying to fine tune it all the time. Pes's doesnt allow jack shit but rush, run, shoot, twist, turn.

Also, the 360 movement thing on fifa effectively ended pes's challenge this year, nobody saw that coming and its the talking point of the year, whether it works or not, millions will but copies of fifa to try it out, because its innovative and never been done at that level. A couple jokers on here tried to pretend its irrevelant, but as i said from day one, that idea alone has created a light year in peoples minds between these 2 games.

Konami just cannot compete with that idea. Their only chance of sucess is that their game peforms all its features really well and fifa's are horrible and full of bugs.
