Why is it you set up a game online, your opponents light is green but is then red by the time the game starts? are they deliberately causing lag (every player Ive seen this on denies it). Does anyone know why it is happening if it isnt deliberate lag?

Also some players seem bemused when you quiz them about their flat ball icon, they will deny being quitters! who's telling the truth?

I think its like this for everybody,I mean even if I play with someone from my country and its absolutely lag free his connection still shows red.

my ball is a bit flat and thats because my game froze and been riped off in total about 8 times just more konami shite

Fuck the flat ball. I've got one because of my experience of shitty button delay. So yeah i've got one. But if they fixed the fuckin' button thing then i wouldn't have one.

It's the game most of the time. Played a mate a few miles away - on my screen my light was green and his was red, on his screen it was vice versa.

It happens several times....

I'm also inclined to believe there is a balance between connections... if one players is green and another red, the tendency is for the green to become yellow.

I guess it must be a way to control synchronization problems.

Yeah, the same thing happens to me. Anyone else get disconnected from the server often mid-game? I have that flat ball too, every match I play has button lag. The game could be so fun online...
