Still quite low though. I don't know why reviewers compare past games. Play Fifa, play PES and review the games. I think many of us realise this year that PES is the more 'fun' football game, yet the scores are still lower. Apart from the licences I don't see the attraction to FIFA this year.

I decided to give both a chance to see which I would buy based on the demo and PES was the clear winner. My score would be PES 9/FIFA 7. Looks good with animations but its boring...

its funny they say its "attacking football" because obviously they don't know how to play the game and didn't take the time to master the defense. Once you master the defense, it becomes all about defending and very tactical. Most reviews are bad because they don't take the time to learn the game, this version has a steap learning curve and unless you take the time you won't get the best out of the game.

hey guys, there's a good review at gamepro, this guy honestly knows the difference between fifa and pes especially the dribbling aspect of both games. I think his view on dribbling rings true to why we love pes

sorry pal i have the full FIFA 12 game got it today and it 12,000 times better than the FIFA 12 demo..... and my score is 9.5 I like Pes 12 thought but FIFA will sell more copies than Pes 12

It will indeed sell more copies by licensing alone but I've heard anything but positive reviews from friends who are ardent FIFA fans. A chap at work is sticking with FIFA11 because of the new tackling system. For all the aesthetics FIFA still doesn't have the intuitive passing of PES.
