patience....just play some exhibition games for awhile and i'm sure maybe sometime after X-mas they'll be an update. Sammy may not have 'update OF' on the top of his priority list.

dude !

uninstall the game & the patch from the control panel --> add\remove programs ...

the application data folder is located in the system drive , like in win xp :
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data

notice that the application data folder is a hidden folder so you should choose to show the hidden folders from the folder options

I've had the same problem, but whatever i'm doing i can't get it right.
I reïnstalled the game, installed patches 1.01 and 1.02 but when I try to download from within the game it immidiately downloads the new content.
What am i doing wrong. Can it be from influence that my save games are still on the hard drive altough i moved them to another location.
I don't know how to patch up from outside the game other then installing them. Could somebody please tell me step by step what to do. I'm desperate losing my ML wich i started thanks to this great OF.

I even printed it out to see if I didn't miss anything.
Here's what I did.
1. Removed the game, including save games and securom data in AppData.
2. Installed it again!
3. Installed patch 1.01 from windows (Vista)
4. Then started the game and tried to download the content, but from then on the only possebility is the latest content.
5. Then I installed patch 1.02 from windows.
I also switched languages from dutch to english but that didn't work either.

After step 5 the kits and emblems are all back but all the player and teamnames are wrong. What did I forget.

You probably have a no dvd-crack vs 1.0. This worked for me:
Uninstall everything like said before.
Install the game;
Install the patches;
Install the no dvd crack 1.2! version
Go ingame and download from the inside.
Install the option file
Play the game!

make sure you installed the 1.02 patch and implemented the downloadable content before using sammy's OF .
