I just like to inform you that I found some of those in-game language issues in this new OF. When I set language to Portuguese, New Zealand are still named Kuwait, and all Other Leagues B teams have their names written in lower case. Small problem, for sure.

I suggest lower case names , what do you think ?
and I want to ask if I want to insert Algeria & New Zealand emblems , where do I get them ? and what software do I need ?

You can get emblems from pes2008editing. blogspot(dot com) and then use PES 2010 Editor to edit and insert them into a team.

I already searched there but couldn't find them ..
as for PES 2010 Editor , I just downloaded v1.8.1 ..
I'm not sure how to do that , I don't want to mess the option file up , so if someone could tell me how to do that ..

anyone pls help me...i cant install official patch 1.02 or 1.1....the erro is
"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."
i hav already unistall and install back the .net framework (all) but still to no avail...anyone pls help me...im using xp pro sp3...the game works fine juz cant update the konami patch...many thnx
i swear to God if nobody helps me...im going to quit site....u r all sucks man:realmad::realmad::realmad:...y dont u help ur another DieHard PES Brother....help me pls...God help u as well....i wish u all HAPPY NEW YEAR:lol:

I've just done some searching and found that the flags are located in dt04.img file and actually I found more flags than the ones you see in game such as Algeria , but couldn't know exactly how to replace the flags , I was trying to replace Angola flag with Algeria , I do it but nothing happens in the game , so any one has any idea ?
and I found some PS3 pad .bin files to replace the xbox pad which is located in dt05_x.imd & dt06.img , I replaced the .bin files and it workded , so what I'm I doing wrong that the emblems aren't changing ??? and yeah I relinked Algeria flag to Angola with PES Editor ..

Osso you could try the thread for edit questions and i'm sure someone there should be able to help you. I myself is still a noob when it comes to editing PES. But there has been much talk about using AFS Explorer to do such......
You could help yourself first by telling exactly what you did....
To make things easy for you, try installing on another PC and if it works, you should re-format your PC because your windows installer is not recent or it's corrupted or virus-infected or a similar malfunction is preventing your windows installer to work correctly. You have to be very technical on this to resolve this problem. So trying it on another PC will easily tell you where to start from. Note: Make sure your Windows Installer is 3.1 Redistributable (v2)

either your game is ripped, or your windows need some updates . I advice you to go to mircrosoft website , there are alot of fixes and updates depending on what windows you have , what service pack and what updates you did or didn't install ..
so pay them a visit , I'm sure you will find your answer there ..
