Rafnagud, i've done exactly what you say at page 42 but i can't get it work... i guess i fail in steps:
6. copy dt0f.img from the "Download" directory to Programdata\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 2010\Download directory(overwrite)

7. copy dt0f.img from the "Img" directory to Pro Evolution Soccer 2010\Img directory(overwrite)

I mean is there already file named download directory and Img directoryor am i just stupid??

P.S. I really hope that Sammy will do quickly updated file to newest DLC

Thanks a lot, Sammy, such a great work. Luckily I face no problems (I downloaded updates for my cracked copy directly from konami server beforehand!

Yes, both directories already exist. The Img directory is in the main game directory so is easy to find. I don't use Windows Vista so you have to search for the download directory.

No, it's normal. Sammy just wanted to create an optionfile and sammy had reached the maximum of slots for logo's in his OF.
So yes, all teams have the Coca Cola emblem.

If you want the real logo's you have to edit the original img files with GGS or use Kitserver.

I'd guess that it's very difficult to edit the files with GGS but how about that kitserver thing? where to get suitable kitserver which includes championship teams logos?

i try a lot of patches (including world cup) but they all bad.

Ok, i finished the Kitserver with HD team emblems for Sammy's Optionfile.

No longer Coca Cola emblems and no longer wrong emblems for New Zealand and Algeria. This file has the best HD emblems for all teams:

Instructions:

1. Download and unrar the file
2. Copy PES2010_EDIT.bin to the save directory
3. Copy the Kitserver directory to the main game directory
4. Open manager.exe in the Kitserver directory and click on attach
5. Have fun

here i'm want to tell about my experience for using this OF...firstly i used ur OF
i've got an error (don't send message) when i play using birmingham city vs tottenham hotspurs.... but that i've installed fresh PES 2010...n used update 1.03
n DLC 1.5....

so...i looking for the problem by try n error.....
then last i use the 1.02 official konami update and DLC 1.5 and i my PES 2010 and all your OF run normally....

and i want to ask about the official update for your OF....what must i used to make my or our pes run correctly.....1.02 update or 1.03....because i read all comment in the forum is using 1.03....??? which update correctly for this OF?? 102 or 103??
