I started with the Konami football series with ISS on the SNES. Happy days!

Before that I played a lot of Sensi.

I remember a football game that left me emotionally damaged back in the SNES days:
Ryan Giggs' Soccer. I'm still shuddering at the thought of it.

What about Super Soccer on the SNES? Brilliant intro.

I am 31. I started playing ISS Pro Evolution Soccer when it was released and I have never looked back. I can't wait for PES5 to be relseased and it just happens to be the same day my wife turns 28. Guess what she'll be getting for her birthday.............
