Signing Players!!!!

My clun reputation is S the highest i can go i have a enough money and i cant get aguero ot drenthe to sign for me,I only have 2 strikers in rooney and tevez.I have offered loads of money and given big wages.

Is there any tip or secret to getting them to sign???????????

Keep trying!! Try only offering them a 3yr contract. Plus offer players in exchange. I've yet to sign Aguero, tried but failed. Can get him on loan but that about it. Took me 5 seasons to get Torres.

Best is to go for players that may not be rated as highly - but are exccellent in their own right.

Lazaros, Bojan, Gambino, Zaki etc

Took me a few goes to finally get Huddlestone.

Been trying to get Ronaldo - and agreed a fee with Man Utd, but couldn't agree personals. Might get him next go.

If your team are consistently performing well, finishing at the top of the league, doing well / winning cups etc players will be easier to sign - no matter who they are.

I'm having severe difficulty's trying to sign a decent 'keeper at the mo myself grr...

I had himm on loan alright but he wont sign the fucker,Have the game saved at the negotiation period so i just keep loading it up and trying....some day i suppose,got ribery and walcott easily enough.

I had the same problem for my three seasonss in my ML with Man Utd. I was able to get Abidal, Tymoshuk, Gambino, Koller etc. players that only make my team wide but not better even I offered them the following players 5000 in salary and even I was S reputation and winning all titles i entered ( DIV 2 and the cup, DIV 1 and the cup and in the third season I was number one all the way through. But then in the transfer period between third and fourth season I bought: David Silva, Camara, Agüero, Kompany, Gattuso!, Chech and some free transfer and talents all together costed be around 200.000 VP. It was nessescary to give them high salaries but the best working was that I offered them contracts at three years....

Sometimes you dont have to offer them soo much money...especially with their salary..sometimes the salary has to be reasonable...like u cant ask to sign Rooney for 3 years and give him 1000 points or whatever...u might have to offer maybe 3 years for like 800....best thing is to try and trade...and sometimes they are contempt with the team they are on....

like when i signed players who dont play i tried to offer them tons of money but it is because they werent experianced so they didnt need that much money thats why they didnt come, so i lowered their salary for a day or whatever and i was able to sign them

One more thing i tried signing antwain ferdinand and he didnt want to come because he said there was 2 much competition for his position on my team...most of the time thats what it is they dont want to come and sit on the bench so if ur buying them make sure theres not much of competition...i keep just 22 players on my team...

gambino he appears in the newcomers you might have missed him and he might be at a club, try doing a search for him if you dont find him keep looking for him in the newcomers he will turn up.

k. schmichael, friedrikson, yohann pele, these are a few young ones that develop into great gk's.

friedrikson (or is it fredrikkson? dont remember) is extremely good. also there's hong yon nam and solimar, who both peak around 93. hong yon nam has slightly better stats than solimar though. fredrikkson is better than both.
