Majority of us have to admit, the gameplay is just beautiful is it not? Wow.

The games turn out so much like real life . It's all about strategy and strategy. The smallest mistakes make the biggest of outcomes. You really know when you have messed up , you feel it. Of course there is moments where you shake your head and go "wtf was that... keeper cmon.... its called NOT FUMBLING THE BALL THATS COMING AT YOU 1 MPH." and things like that, but the overall aspect of the game is just beautiful, every goal feels like it was well earned.

Who agrees?

yeah i do agree its rewarding but im not sure if its the best pes or gameplay

I will have to say it is. Its the best PES gameplay to date in my opinion. Once you get down how to use the defense properly and all that, it's a fantastic game.

But it's all opinions right?

Anyways , the game has alot of work to do for 2011 but for now, I am pretty happy with this result.

I agree wholeheartedly.

Its the most exciting and fun game of video football since PES3.

(despite its various shortcomings)

Best ps3 pes version for sure. I am still getting used to the game. But I hate something. At times it plays too easy and at times it play normal ( not really hard, but hard enough). Anyway overall I like pes 2010. I really enjoy shooting. The placed shots works much better in 2010 than in 2009.

I totally agree. I'm in love with the gameplay this year. It's a beautiful game. There are things to iron out for sure but that doesn't effect the game in any way. So I'm happy:)

Yeah i am loving it at the moment too, my mate comes down at times and generally gets the better of me. I ended up beating him 11-3 in games last night.

I don't know what it is but it just plays so much better and is very realistic this time round. The goalies pull off some amazing saves and then other times seem to panic and let some easy goals in, i just think it's swings and roundabouts with the keepers, and the best thing is just to get on with it.

I for one think the keepers are way better than on pes 09 though. I think the best addition to the game are the cards and sliders, they really make a difference. I find the attacking AI is a little lacking , mind you saying that though if I set my team to use pressure then the computer AI has very little attempts on my goal due to being closed down constantly, but if i don't use the pressure setting then they do have more attempts.

I completely agree. I was playing a cup last night and thinking the exact same thing. So far, this is my favorite PES gameplay. It's so real. I've had to adjust my gameplay, but I really enjoy the challenge, especially knowing that I have to play a more real style-no more dribbling around with one player. I love the dribbling and how challenging it is to move the ball down field, having to make extra passes.

There is real flow to the game. I've read people saying they have issues with the lack of penalites, but I think it adds to the flow. I don't have an issue because every penalty that has been called in my games has been just, and the ones for/against me that haven't shouldn't have called anyway. And yes, I've earned a penalty, which some have said is impossible :) Speaking of taking penalties, I think that may be the only step backward in this years version. I loved the old penalty style and view-it was perfect. This years is lacking.

I actually like the goalie play. I've seen some outstanding saves by goalies, and like real life goalies, there are bobbles. I watch the premiership each weekend, and I keep thinking how much PES 2010 is like the actual gameplay I watch each weekend. Also, refs being more lenient and not calling little fouls in PES reminds me of the physical nature in the premiership.

I'm off to bring Newcastle promotion and Premiership glory!

That's how I feel as well. Everytime I watch it on TV in general, I'm amazed how close PES2010 to real life football.

Pro Evo 2010 being the only version of PES I've ever played, it's definitely my favorite so far. ;)

But honestly, I thought the gameplay of the demo was beautiful, and had no doubt that I would love the full game. After a few weeks of playing, that feeling has not changed. Of course the game isn't perfect, there is always room for improvement in any game. But this game provides a beautifully paced, challenging, and realistic (yet still fun) football experience.

Practise the penaltys in training then once you know how to take them they will feel more rewarding

Indeed everyone.

The flow of the game is amazing. Especially when you are on a quick counter you just feel the momentum of the play . And you know its all up to you to make that 1 on 1 with the goalie or do some nice pass down for the 1- touch goal . And if you fuck up, you know why you fucked up.
