Should Konami create a system to encourage players to choose a variety of teams?

I've posted this somewhere else...but will expand a little here

SIMILAR but not identical to "all players should be equal," I propose "all teams should be EQUALISED" as another option.

I.e. instead of all players having 75 for every stat and being 1.75m tall, I propose:
-All the player ratings of the team's squad should be averaged. Barca might end up with 82, Liverpool with 78, Stoke with 71 or something like that.

When playing online, the difference between the 2 sides will be used to offset, so that the players will have their INDIVIDUALITY but on average, the 2 teams should be equal. E.g. Stoke VS Barca; All Stoke's players stats will be multiplied by 82/71 or Barca's players' stats divided by 82/71

This means that your skill as a manager (tinkering with squad, tactics, substitutions) ALONG with your skill as a player (how you control your team members) will still be there, but you can hold your own against a traditionally "stronger" side.

Perhaps an option would be that the person who "hosts" a game, or a "home" side would have the option to either "scale-up/scale-down" or "stick with" their stats so that they can play at the level they are used to if they prefer, or play with the souped up/down versions of stats for a different challenge.

This is already in the game mate. If you beat Barca with Tenerife you get far more points for the win then Barca would get for winning. Even drawing a game would mean Barca lose points and Tenerife win points.

Like the other suggestions though :up:

Best way is to allow creation of a room that will limit to quality of teams used to x.

I am aware that it exists, however, it is nowhere enough rewarding or penalising. I still lose way too many hard earned points when I lose against barca with a team like galatasaray, even though he has a ranking of 650 plus and I about 560.
