The only times I even try those aerial through balls are:

a) when there's space behind the defence
b) when I'm uncertain a ball to feet is going to be good enough and I need to make a decision because I'm running out of time

I'm a bit apprehensive playing them as I've seen the damage they can do to our attacking plays if they get slightly over-hit. Oh and I wouldn't suggest anyone doing them in the rain. I played a couple of them in the rain two nights ago, one which Original? just missed by a fraction and one he controlled on the chest and scored from but most of the time in the rain I don't even consider it a viable option no matter how desperate my options become.

If they are to be played in the rain, there must be plenty of space and it can only be a short ball, such as dinking it over a centre back. Long chipped through balls will almost never work.

Wasn't happy with my RCM performances. I've gotten used to the left side too much and know where to be all the time there but tend to mess up more on the right.

I feel like the Fletcher of the team. Always there, consistent enough, never does anything really special.

I am actually getting comfortable playing as either RCM or RM although now that I am doing assisted I may try Defense again but we'll see.

You seemed to do well on the left.

Also, I felt like me and Phattman linked up well on the right side especially the first game.

P.S. You should have take the penalty :) Although I am not sure who actually drew it though.

Don't worry we've no streaks happening at all recently. Probably since I joined! :lol: We've had plenty of really annoying defeats where the other team weren't that good at all but luck was against us.

I'll probably be on again later to de-stress from this marketing assignment due this week. Really don't know what I'm doing and its really pissing me off now.

I'm not talking to FIFA since it just conned me out of my 25 win streak on fucking penalties in the laggiest, most biased game I ever played. I'm mostly annoyed as there were other games where I came close to losing because the other player was good... I wouldn't have minded that. Losing my streak in this fashion just makes it seem pointless.

Whether I'll be on clubs tonight depends whether I finished grieving. :realmad:

My luck on ANY is surely up - this is my longest run on it lacking supreme shitness. My manual sweeper system saved my arse a few times. It involves abusing two or three of my own defenders when the opposition has a goal-kick.

It's funny you say that because I had both games and had gotten rid of Fifa. I was playing the Fifa online beta and found it hard to play PES after playing that so I got Fifa again and joined the team :)

I noticed something last night. I think that I have become so selfless (or cowardly, take your pick) in front of goal, always opting for the pass when it's on, that I no longer have any composure/confidence in one-on-one situations (especially straight on). I fluffed two or three last night. I can score goals like that swivel and shoot whilst standing still one in our last match, but miss much easier chances.

Some good games last night. We shouldn't have lost that 5-4 one at the start, I missed three great chances. As I said, scoring that 40 yard volley about sums up my game (there needs to be a take off the shirt and flick it round above your head celebration for goals like that). Though I enjoyed that header that crashed off both posts and went in more.

And can I just say - the entertainment value of Original as ANY, with his mic on, is considerable. Likewise when he's playing up front and nothing goes his way, like in that last game.
