Cheers Phatmann I found the PESGaming club anyway and applied to join, if there's a game tonight let me know!

some of the accomplishments are HARD man, I'm tackling suckers all the time yet its tellin me I've not had 2 slide tackles in 1 game.

Press R3 at the match menu screen, you can gain control over your whole team. It's much better but you find yourself trying to get the ball to your player rather than actually going directly at the other team.

I may have to try this as they're driving me mad with their idiocy. When I set it to anything more attacking than Balanced they just hoof the ball.

I've found this, I just passed the ball to Adebayor and he scored... yet I still have no assists. :erm:

a bit off topic but I'm doing some accomplishment thingys & there's 1 for getting gloves for your player by playing in the snow 10 times...does anyone else think the snow just looks like rain?

One goal and two assists on my debut, a 3-3 draw against some Germans including an injury time equaliser courtesy of my shifty cross to Alchemist and the chance for an injury time winner until ze Germans fouled someone off the ball to stop my run down the wing. Nice.

You wouldn't have scored if it wasn't for my incredible showing of unselfishness. :smug: I thought we played pretty well together though; created a lot of chances but missed a few sitters. By the way, that shot at the end of the first half where I hit the post from a yard was offside. :shfty:

The Germans fouled me off the ball. I was furious as I was the one who started off the move and was trying to get into a good position for a cross.

And that cross was coming - my player is slow so I have to run down the wing rather than the middle where opponents will be waiting for me. We did play well and I'm so so happy they allowed you the option to change the BAP camera in this year's game. It helped me tons in just that one game.

Apologies for being selfish in the first half when through on goal, was caught in two minds (pass to you or go for it) and before I knew it I just had to shoot as the goalkeeper was close.

I'm hoping to be on later.

anyone know tips for getting your Virtual Pro's stats up?

Just mess around in Arena and applies to all game modes as long as you've got the difficulty set on AT LEAST Semi-Pro.

Read the Achievements in the Virtual Pro section of the main menu, they're all in there. Simple stuff to start with but then they get trickier.

What position you thinking of playing for the team, mate?

well atm my guy isnt great but my main attributes are a turn of pace & I have all the dribbling unlocked. so either flank probably, my guy isn't strong enough to play up front either

so yea, probably left/right mid/back...

Cool, well I play centre-back and I'm really tall and powerful, no pace or acceleration but my man can pass a ball well enough. I'm happy with him so far :happy:

Doesn't really matter how good your player is really, just give it your best shot - I did on my Club debut last night so I'm sure you'll do fine
