What is the best beat em up of all time, I've put down a few classics, vote for your favourite, and if it's not on there let us know!!!

Dont know which is ' the greatest' , but I do know you are missing a few, like Guilty Gear, which is better then Streetfighter, and the DOA series, which is probably better then Tekken.

Personally, I liked Soul Caliber (DC) best I think, but from what I've read, Virtua Fighter 4 is supposed to be as near a simulation as we can get...

I'm not a big beat em up fan, but I've always liked Tekken games.

Soul Calibur 2 is my favourite of all time.

Out of those listed, probably Street Fighter 2, just ahead of Virtua Fighter 4.

Got to say though, Mortal Kombat on the Amiga was immense

They have just released a new arcade game in Japan which looks stunning.

I assume it will make it's way to the PS2 next year.
