The finishing touch

Ok i have given the game 2 days now gotta say passing is very very good just wish that the computer would let me decide where i want my passes go more often.

But i digress the main problem i have with the game is the shooting and yes i have timed it correctly had the player push the ball out in front of him before shooting but seriously i should not be having to do this all the time.

Most of the shots seem to be the same, your just outside the box you tap shoot and it sails over, you are on the right or left of the box you shoot it sails over. Your 1 on 1 with the keeper (and i must say the finesse shot has been severely weakened ) it goes straight at him. Or miles wide, it is taking some time to get used to but the only way i am able to score is after a 5 -7 pass move with a few one-twos and finally a 1 on 1. Which in previous version its was just a finesse shot and goal, but now the RT or R2 shot has been greatly weakened but chip shots are very well done.

so what do you all think of shooting

is it me or when 1 on 1 do you find it easier to just tap shoot lightly rather than a finesse shot ??

I think it is really awesome!

Finesse shot IS a lot trickier, but a lot more rewarding as well. In PES 2010 I could place pretty much every ball in or near the corner of the goal with decent players.

Long range shots are pretty difficult as well, but not at all too hard. They're really rewarding as well..

I must also say that the heading is a lot cooler as well! It's really difficult to hit a good header at goal, and you must think how hard to hit the ball instead of just tapping square.

I really love the new shooting system!
