Getting real shops would be a problem, because you would have to contact every single shop in London to get permission.

The next-gen, with the help of big finances to obtain licenses, could probably produce that. I can't wait to see the attention to detail of the next GTA. According to sources nearby (could be all false like), the gaming area will be similar in size of that to San Andreas but the detail will be improved immensely, with virtually every building accessible.

Yep Tommy P spot on. Surely a game is about going beyond reality just imagine if a game was really realistic it would be quite boring and pointless so we have games like GTA where we can go and shoot up some whores and police because in reality this is frowned upon (depending where you are from) So people play these games as an excuse to escape the norm. On PES I make myself play for England with super stats because in reality I am overweight and immobile and on PES I can bang the goals home.
