So yeah, I started a new master league online (Had to, was trying to do some negotiations, fuxxed up my squad >.<)

My team currently looks like this:

I gotta' tell you, Óscar Cardozo is an absolute monster. A goal scoring machine! His first-shoot accuracy is outstanding, he's a good header (1.92M), good body balance, great shooting.. He scored 8 goals in my last 5 games :w00t

Oh and I don't understand leavers. You can't be winning 3-0, they will leave rigth away. I don't get it why, they still downgrade, I still upgrade rank, I still win money, the victory is still mine.. WHY do they leave? :shocking:

Before you start planning on bombing my house, read first :laugh:

I did the "3 Own Goals Cheat", to try something (Just once)
Don't judge me, because I absolutely HATE Cheaters, Hackers, Glitchers, etc; in Online games. I was just trying to understand why they do that. And I don't get it. I did it, received like 48.300€ - 41.250€ from quick-start up. It gives a total of 7.050€. How is that worthy? :huh:

I'm doing well now on my MLO.

I'm in division 4 with a rating of 530 which should see me reach division 3 on Monday.

This is my starting eleven. Brackets represent their overall rating in their position:

GK: Ivarov (70)
CB: Skeiba (62) - Great header
CB: Piccolo (70) - Strong
CB: Sané (67)
CB: Leca (65)
DM: Sanchez (71) - Strong, good marker
LM: Maurice Belay (78) - Fast
RM: Alafoyr (70)
LWF: Thomert (75) - Great cross, fast
SS: Hadji (68) - Great passer
CF: Sculli (71) - Clinical finisher

Majority of the team cost about £1.2million, except Sculli who was £2.4million.

I'm looking to save up my funds now for some top professional, probably Rosicky in RM.

Huntelaar and scoring goals

He's the first signing over 1.5 million for me, and really worth it so far. I spent a lot of time looking for a stiker to buy, and as soon as I saw him I said to myself "well... That would be smart!"

The only thing he doesn't have is really great speed and dribbling, but with this year's game almost no players can outrun the defenders anyway. Plus I play a posession game so most of my chances are build up play anyway.

Having a target man/fox in the box, is priceless I say. Really surprised more people haven't signed him.

Huntelaar is completely overrated by people. He isn't good at anything I think. The guy needs to many chances before finally scoring a goal. If I compare him with my other striker, Carew, he's nothing more then a poor bastard.

What the hell is wrong with him? He can't even score from 4yards, that's just pathetic. Carew usually scores every match.

Or am I mis judging his potential? May be it's my lack of sharpness when shooting at goal.

Anyone got tips on that? It's like I only can score from tap-ins, even though I have enough 1 one 1's with the goalie.

i think some people just use some players better than others, like i can never use agbonlahor as good as i've seen some use him, but i've yet to see anyone use higuain better than me, so yeah..its just a matter of if he suits your style of play

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I play against dream teams with Messi, Ronaldinho and C. Ronaldo.. They have a difficult time, because I use big, strong and fast defenders. Seems they don't know how to use them.

Looking for a strong (perhaps tall) and fast striker up front, also with little technique. No fancy roulette skill cards, since I find them useless most of the time.

Oh my god guys. Óscar Cardozo isn't human. 15 goals in 7 matches. Jesus Christ, his first-touch shooting ability is insane. I'm never letting him go

Low and Behold, he scored 9 thats right NINE on his debut in a 11-0 win against some D4 guy... he currently sits on 26 goals in 9 games, my quick counter style he just punishes over and over, and if he doesnt score Higuain or L. Fabiano are getting the tap ins/ rebound ^_^

lol wow 9..the most i scored with a striker was 7 goals from higuain when i won 10-0, i think alot of it goes down to 433 being an op formation, my cf always gets so many chances to score. when i played 433 higuain on average scored 2-3 goals a game

Well, I just jumped back into this game. I changed my formation to a 4-1-2-2-1 and sold my sidemidfielder for the AMF Alex who has 92 pass accuracy.

I put Alex behind Huntelaar as AMF, put palacios as other deeper AMF, and moved Cahill to CMF (he is team captain, and moving him to CMF has improved the team) I seem to remember in older versions of PES, teamwork improves the players around you.

In my first match with this new team (quickmatch) I beat a guy 4-0, with huntelaar getting two goals, and Alex getting two assists and two goals, absolutely brilliant first match.

Now I'm looking for a replacement for palacios, probably a good solid passing CMF with body balance to hold up the ball, in which case I'll move cahill back to AMF. Thing is cahill's heading ability is a treat in midfield and he doesn't shoot as well, so I may look for another Alex type player.

Fellaini in CM is immense for me wins everything and pops up with a few goals, don't let his average stats fool you! Got him playing alongside Guediora and they're like a brick wall!

Also got Odcar Cardozo in after the rave reviews he got on here and he's doing the job nicely for me! Consistent and cheap, keeping Owen on the bench who costs twice as much! Seems big n strong players are the way to go!

Think I found my best tactic in coach mode. Have about 9 wins, 6 draws and 5 lost matches in 20

For me thats great, almost in D4 now.

oh coach mode lol...dropped my rating from 550 to 483 in one competition, while i used the exact same formation yesterday and won every game..

I wish they could restart the hole 'mlo'. So tired of people having a $$$ team and play crap... Played some guy in coachmode and i lost, played normal and won. It does make a diffrent if you have Stien or Xavi...

well of course when the difference is that big it makes it different, i'm just saying that whether your team wins when the difference between the two teams is not that big is decided for you by konami, not your tactics
on a side note, restarting the whole mlo would be retarded, some of these people with crazy squads but suck dont cheat they just played alot, and the point is that it should be harder to maintain expensive players, right now its way too easy, i can lose 10 games and get the money back from joining a coach mode, whats the point of making me lose money when i lose then
