The Official ''Killer Instinct'' Thread

My bad, it's been so long since I have played it. KI Arcade?? Is that the one where all the players have new looks and some new players? I think I played it but couldn't recall since its way too long ago.

KI - Super NES
KI(?)- I played it at the arcade and really liked it but never found a console release.

Fulgore isn't the cheap shot master, he's a legend. I use him, my second character. Although I only know like 2 combos for him, I'm working on him.
Don't deny it :D . Fulgore is well equiped with cheap-shots, I remember his ''pansy-slap'' that could break up almost any combo.

I just did these now on the arcade version. As you can see the graphics are much better.
Awesome pictures Cad!

Humiliation is were you made them dance to that funky music. It was a finisher everyone had. Cinder had the best dance when he got it done to him, he had no rhythm what so ever.

KI Gold wasn't as good as KI, it was a good game, but the first one was too much of a classic to live up to.

Yes! KI Gold! That's the version I played at my local arcade back then. It didn't have Cinder but the game was also very class. New characters and new finish moves.

Here's Saberwulf strutting his stuff with humiliation.

Was it just me? Or did Sabrewulf's moves contain the most finesse. The way he would just manoeuvre them was beautiful.

First of all, I want to thank Gunplay for making one of the best threads in a long time!

This game is a very special game to me. I borrowed it from my friend, while I let him borrow Mortal Kombat (can not remember which one), but it is one of the best decision I have ever made. I fell in love with it as soon as I played it.

My favourite Character was definately Jago and if I didn't use him it was always Orchid. My favourite stage was Cinders, because once you hit someone with a dragon punch, you would see them falling of the edge of the cliff.

When I had to give it back to my friend I was a bit upset, because it was really the best game I had played. So Christmas came and my parents bought me it, along with F-Zero(another great game) in a double pack. From there it was just bare tournaments and winner stays on with my cousin and friends.

Then SNES was the past, because the N64 had been released and when I heard that there was going to be a Killer Instinct Gold coming out, I knew that was the game I had to get. My sister bought it for me (she was a big fan of it too!) and the game was not a let down. My favourite Characters stayed the same - Jago and Orchid.

The last time I played the SNES one was when I got my N64 and the last time I played the N64 one was 2 days ago. I dragged it back out, hooked it up and took a journey back into the past! And I was not dissapointed. I like Tekken, Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat, but I think Killer Instinct is the best fighting game ever.

ULTRA ULTRA ULTRA !!!!!!

Hahaha, sorry for all the pictures, but I read in an FAQ that Combo had the best dance. So I tried it and found out that he does. Funny stuff.
