What exactly does the Scout list do?

It's abit like a christmas wish list of what toys u wanna get it's like that but instead it's called a scout list of what players u wanna get.

anyone with already low fee. and hey, put down the master league level... it will make players go cheaper. and always save when transfers start. if everything doesnt go as planned, load, and do it again.you now know who you can get and for what price... works like a charm

i am liverpool so i dont need them but for those who are not, N'gog, And Nemeth are solid strikers they are not great to start with but have the potential to be as good as torres and both hhave scored a few goals for me this season, i would advise to buy.

Jozy Altidore is an 18 year old striker that improves really fast for me (faster than Di Maria, who's also on my team).

Also if you are not liverpool fc LUCAS is a must buy he is awsome to start with and has ridiculous potential (best in the liverpool squad)

And Jon Obi Mikel is a a must for my team.
