I can't upload kits as they're made with the in-game editor (ie, not with a patch). ;)

I'm aiming to have an update out before the WC. I've been busy replacing Ayr Utd & Airdrie with Cowdenbeath & Stirling Albion plus adding Blackpool, Newcastle & WBA. Oh, and adding Algeria and New Zealand. Want to make sure all editable WC kits are done and take a look at squads too... :)

It's 'Chelsea' for me. Have you selected a different language? I haven't changed created team names for all languages, just most of them (French, Italian, German, etc.).
