decided to play 2 legs, pretending it was CL or something like that
1-1 in munich, good game, got an early lead but they got a late equalizer

in the nou camp, game starts out good for me, attacks are flowing quite well, ibra is on great form

they hit me on the counter, pique struggles to get a challenge in, concedes a penalty, robben converts, 1-0 bayern at 28 minutes

i attack, attack an attack, i pour on the pressure, iniesta misses a sitter, ibra almost scores an absolute peach, rocketing off the crossbar back towards the ground, butt manages to cover is before villa can poach the rebound

half time comes and im out of ideas, messi is injured soon after the 2nd half starts, there goes my quick counter, so i put bojan on in his place and play a slow possession game, the midfield gets a bit bogged but i manage, im waiting for them to get tired and start making mistakes, their challenges become clumsy, around the 74th minute, i start pouring on the pressure, sure enough, ibra pops up with an absolute screamer from about 25 yards out, straight into the top hand corner

i hate the penalties in pes, i have a hard time with them, so i continue to pour on the pressure, i manage to get a corner

hleb gets set to take the corner, whipping it in towards ibrahimovic, gets his head to it OFF THE CROSSBAR AGAIN, ball goes bouncing out towards edge of the box, im into the 2nd minute of stoppage time out of 3, iniesta locks onto the ball and rockets it into the right hand corner

my first game and impression was overall quite good and hopeful. It felt like a breath of fresh air to the series. The passing was a more skilled tool, not just press and pass but now direct and pass, which gives/ feels like there is so much more freedom and skill, for playmaking. Maybe the ref is still a little strict and sometimes the players go down to easy, like a load of ronaldos!!! Shooting i can imagine will be a learning curve again, but didnt pes originally have a learning curve for shooting thats the fun of it. Liked the new skill stick, which unlike fifa cant be rinsed to death!! Animations graphics and replays all top notch, and could easily be mistaken for real TV coverage.

Lets see what Option files can be made and we could have something special to play this winter!

Lol i did this this morning. First leg at nou camp. Dominated for the first half hour, then scored a great chip into the top corner. Bayern put the pressure on straight from the following kick off and scored 5 minutes later. Finished 1-1 after a boring second half.

Second leg. I set it up to go all out attack (was counting away goals like a loser :D) and scored in the 2nd minute with villa. Game was quietfrom there. Then with 15 minutes to go they had a free kick about 40 yards out, ribery crossed it in, missed everybody and went in the far corner. Was so annoyed lol. Finished level, shame there's no penalties (not that i can score them anyway.)

Really? I've had a couple of draws and no pens? And there is no option to turn extra time and pens on (well there is but you can't change it in the demo). What are you playing it on?

I haven't seen an option for penalties either.

Either a patch for pc or he's talking about fifa

no it would be pro evo im playing...
i do have the demo tweaker, but penalties for me is an option i get at the end of the game
took me a few games to notice because my instinct was to go down to the return to top menu, as what ive pressed when i win or lose...

Nice post but they need to update the etams - Hleb has left Barcelona to go to a bigger club

Agreed about Hleb, add Henry to that list too, long gone from Barca. Then again most years Pro and Fifa miss a few. Just really hope Hernadez is at United. Wish Bebe would make it too but cant see that happening, doubt he's in the game :(

Also about penalties, take it that's on PC? Certainly not on the PAL 360 Demo.

Best game I've had so far is a 4-2 win with Chivas, enjoy playing with them much more than the Barca/Bayern. Went 2-0 up into HT, they came out with crazy play and drew back to 2-2. Went end to end before I hit them on the counter twice near the end to finish 4-2. Games like this are why Pro is so fantastic.
