Me and my mate were playing Ac (me) vs Inter (him)- very fun, beat him of course, 2-1 aet.

Here are my five matches I have played (in order).
Me vs Others

Lyon vs Real Madrid (won 2-0)
City vs Barca (beat 4-1)
Barca vs Real (decided to be Barca I was starting to get pissed :realmad:) (won 3-1)
AC vs Inter (won 2-1)
Athletico Club vs Aston Villa (beat 3-0)

then you havent played against a good dribbler. The game has no body to body battles, therefore c.ronaldo can skin through defenses. in real life ronaldo is indeed very very fast but even a small guy like ayala can stop him by pushing him off balance, that does not exist in pes.

I agree the competitions are a joke i have only played against real and barça so far, they should make a special competition where there would be only one team per player, thats right! the fastest one to choose real or barça would take it but at least it would be a fun competition with variety

oh this is soooo annoying!
when they chose barca or madrid i say to them be someone else.

5/10 they do change but some just ignore me.

I am usually Spurs online and have beaten barca and real madrid before but......when i play anyone else besides barca or madrid my win rate is much higher.

its so annoying that they have to be the best teams all the time.. just want to smash the screen.

one person was lyon and then changed to barca last min!

Surprise. I found a really good solution for these ball sucking twats. When they pick Barca, Real, Argentina etc... just wait till the last second, and pick the same team with same uniform. That will drive them crazy.

I accidentally did this once, both of us wearing Barcelona home strip. The guy quit immediately and I was rewarded the win. A similar thing happened the other day, I picked Porto and the other guy picked Everton, both home strips. I won the game luckily.

But yea, I'm not tolerating this BS anymore. I'd be more than glad to play vs the same team and same uniform. Lets see how well they run with Messi and Ronaldo then.

dude i can confirm that DIECI has indeed found a way to contain those ronaldo users

his advise has helped me immensely against people that use them. the only tihng is that i still struggle mainly because i dont have calm staedy hands but i can see how his thoery works

have read of the thread title "lets put our heads together"..lots of good points on how to stop the ronaldo cheeser

now if i can only find out how to swicth from player to player that i want on the defensive end.................

Played online for the first time last night. Having heard all about Real & Barcelona (aka Ronaldo & Messi) users, I decided to set up a match room with national teams only. I played three times: once against Portugal, and twice against Argentina... :realmad:

I must admit I was sceptical about the effectiveness of Ronaldo & Messi in multiplayer, but they are pretty much unstoppable in the hands of a half-decent player (unless you want to spend ages tweaking formation & marking settings).

I won one game 5-4, with all four of my opponent's goals coming from a 50 yard Messi dribble. It was infuriating (especially when I went 4-3 down after leading 3-0), and the slight input lag makes it almost impossible to defend against, so you just have to put up with it.

Also tried legends mode. The lag was horrendous and none of my three human team mates (and I use the term loosely) were remotely interested in using the X button (even though it was on Top Player), so I quit at half time.

wow 5-4 where was the defense? LOL Most of my games online are 2-0, 2-1, 1-0.... Hardly ever get a FIFA Like score like that! Acutally my most high scoring game was Inter vs Barca... I won 5-2

Yeah that was a one off. My other games have been pretty low-scoring.

Had a fantastic England vs England earlier today. The other guy subbed Crouch on for Defoe at half time, and I thought to myself, "Aha! A proper player!" Loved every minute despite losing 2-1 after taking the lead.

If anyone wants to play me, my PSN is also harhol. I've mostly been playing as Spain, but I'm always up for a Heracles vs Montpellier.

I sometimes stop people from using Barca/Real. I choose Northern Ireland and they choose countries usually Spain. I had a good one against England which I won 2-1, I also beat the Spain player 3-1.

However it does annoy me when you see what country they are from and yet they dont use them, they use some queer team eg.Spain, Brazil, so fustrating.:realmad:
