how shit are the transfers in the game. trying to buy a few good players as i made money from selling players, i was thinking someone with a bit of pace not getting a game with their club(found out from the scout) so that i could stay in the top division, thsi is how a got on

robinho 50 mil
silva 64 mil
benzema 82 mil!!!
robben 60 mil

a few players that would help me maybe get into europa league, i only had 50 to spend.

the thing that fucks me off is how massive the fee is, these players only cost a fraction of what this stupid game prices them at

robinho city to ac 14.9 mil
silva valencia to city 24 mil
benzema lyon to real 30 mil
robben real to bayern 20 mil

thats a difference of 50 mil!!!!! the price of kaka. so i end up but some twat for 20 mil that cant pass the ball shoot or run fast.

I actually love the transfer system, I can understand your frustration but it depends on who you buy, forces you to think about building a team realistically.

Silva 64 mil - Same as Robinho.
Benzema 82 mil - In real life - Yes. Thats to much.
Robben 60 mil - More. Add 20+ to that and you might get him.

Theese players/clubs isn't in need of any money.

You can also find players that are a lot cheaper than they should be, the fact I got cavani for 12m was a bargain compared to what he would go for in real life.

OP and Raf - Learn to barter with the club.

Its completely realistic and almost like real life specially if you compare it to Fifa and how bad that is.

May i bring up Ashley Young - Villa stated it would take an £80 million bid for him to be allowed to move, if he doesnt renew in the summer then he could easily go for £15 million.
Di Maria in the summer. Benefica stated that Di Maria had a £45 million get out clause and yet they accepted a £18-20 million bid for Di Maria from Real Madrid.. Thats half the price they were asking for.

Hence it is realistic.

The transfers are the same as Pes2010... I remember in 2010 going for Aguero and being asked for £110 million, i managed to barter down and get him for £55 million... Half the price.

I havent got the patch so my transfer fees arent as updated so i dont think i am going to be getting any problems yet.

i agree that the players are young but its still way over priced, robinho has never been worth 50 and never will and silva price is just a joke

some of the clubs will not even take 5 mil off the asking price, and thats with best scout in the game, get the patch and you will see how shit it is

Actually there is a way to work around with it but just for PC. I have made copy of the old exe file 1.01 version and when I bid for players, I will use that exe file to run the game for PC. After bidding I will copy the latest version back so that I can sell my players at higher price.

After reading this the 1st time I was half way through the season and I never really get offers for players till the window opens. Then all of a sudden Barca want to pay £49 mill for Bale, I thought sound! I'll buy Clichy as he was going for £4 mill at the beginning. So sold him thinking I'd made a huge profit. Then Arsenal want £65 mill for him. Hmmmmmmm no thank you!

you are right, the transfers at first were stupid. they were way to small, i got inesta for 9 mil. but now they have gone the complete wrong way and it is nearlly impossible to but any1 under 30 mil that is a well known player

When I 1st started my 1st signing was David Villa and I got him for 6mill. At 1st I thought there might be another Villa out there and I just brought the dud 1 lol

The transfer fees also scaled with the team you were playing.

I started a Master League campaign with a Championship team (Gamingaccess patch for PC, enables the NPower Championship as your league 2) and players like Steven Gerrard and Xavi didn't even cost a million, they were just below.

Haven't been able to play since the update, but I'm kinda looking forward to it now.

I think the fees are in pretty good shape, post update.
A media darling like Hazard, rated 74, looks to cost about £6mil fee + highish wages, where as lesser known players with similar age and stats can be had for £1.5 - 2mil.

The big transfers going through seem to be 'sensible', Bendter for £12.5mil and Lennon for £22mil to recent ones during the transfer window is season 1.
