Transferring Option File To PS3 Tutorial

Hi, thanks for this tutorial. But before i transfer a new option file i needed help with one thing, i hope you can help me. I have created a team on my current option file, i know i will lose it once i transfer the new option file. How can i save that team i have created to actually play it on the new option file without having to lose it completely or having to remake it.

It will disappeared and I think you need to make it back if you apply the downloaded option file.

Corrupt Data!

OK! LISTEN!

I copied all the files into my USB Flash... u know PS3/SAVEDATA etc

then i plugged the USB Flash Drive to my PS3 and i see the Data in the USB Device (in Game Section). Copy them all to HDD and then Start PES 2008!

When PES 2008 starts, i get this FREAKING MESSAGE saying, "GAME DATA is corrupt" WTF! I continue the game... go to EXIBITION... pick teams, i noticed North London, MAN RED, etc, all the bull! I knew it didnt work. No Kits nothing. I checked in Edit mode NOTHIN! THIS FILE DO NOT WORK! Can someone help me... im just so fed up with it.... tried to many times to fix it. Have anyone experience this? All I see is people CHEERING! saying the file is great. HELP ME OUT PLZ PEEPS

Hi, i have a problem. i already copied all the files to my ps3 but when i run the game, it doesnt recognized the option file and says there is no save data. can you help me?

i've downloaded the option file and i have copied it on my ps3 HDD

but when i go to the pes 2008 game and try to load it from the edit menu
it keeps saying no saved data


do you know why is that

Can anyone help me figure out how I can load the PES2008 option file. Cus each time I load the game, the file does not seem to appear, since all the EPL team and all other files remain unchanged.

Using a PSP

1. Boot up PS3 with PES2008 already in the drive.
2. Follow the prompts to create an internal PS2 memory card.
3. Select USB mode on PSP.
4. Under GAME DATA on dash find PSP folder.
5. Select 'Display All'.
6. Find the PS3\EXPORT\PSV folder.
7 Highlight the Option File
8. Press :triangle:.
9. Select copy.
10. Copy to the PS2 internal memory card you just created.

Alright, so i did the 2nd version you posted (the one with the pics) of how to get the data to your ps3. Everything worked fine up until the point when i start my game and none of the new data is there. Do I have to load it from somewhere within the game or did I miss something earlier??

ive done exactly as it says on the instructions, but still the option file hasnt successfully transfered to the ps3. ive tried both options, but still no joy

the file shows up as music files, but not when i go to copy from save game, no data shows

PLEASE HELP

So, I'm not new to option files just new to PS3.

I followed all the instructions. I have all the extracted folders in the correct places. Copied each file from the USB Drive to the PS3. Boot up PES 08, and everything is the default files from the disc.

Don't quite understand what's going on. Any help?
