Hi there, which OF should I download?

I'm looking for a simple BASE FILE that has the following:

EPL Real Kits + Emblems
BBVA Real Kits + Emblems
Palermo Real Kit + Emblem
International Teams with real kits

This means I don't want Bundesliga or anything, just everthing that IS ALREADY in-game official, I want PES League and D2 League untouched, is there any OF like this?

That's not just a base file, that's a lot of work. The first WENB UK file had all of that except the international stuff.

Yeah, but aren't the OF's that just correct the fake stuff from PES called Base Files?
