Under-rated players on PES3?

What players do people think will be vastly changed from pes3 to pes4?

I keep coming across players who seem nowhere near as good as they should be. For example:

Cudicini
C. Ronaldo
Duff
Mutu
Toure
Kenny Miller
Defoe
Howard
Henry! - Only 5/8 for wrong foot accuracy
Martins (Inter)

If anything he's overrated IMO

I've never really used Rooney cos I don't play with everton and i play Alan Smith up front for England.

He should be quick but thats about it. Aggression too.

The whole Valencia team should be improved. With the exception of Canizares, Ayala and Aimar they’re all somewhat rubbish. They deserve to be much better.

The whole of the Classic England team is underrated if you ask me. They always underate Stam's pace as well, he's mighty fast for his size.

Milan Baros is very underrated
as is garrincha and jairzinho for classic brazil, thes guys should be better than modern players like f.inzaghi/ hernan crespo but arent rated better

I don't care what you guys say but i think robbie savage is too under rated his got a brilliant work rate and passing in real life.

van der vaart is not quite underrated but very underrated, you have to modify his stats as he starts off with only one yellow attribute.

rooney is very under rated. i kno no one particularly likes him because of his cocky arrogance, but as an everton fan and having seen him week in week out, he is a fantastic player on the ball and think he should/will be greatly improved in the next game.

Kleberson, Howard, O'shea, Mexes, G Silva, Ronaldinho (he seems way to slow & Crap), Pires, Lunjberg, Robben, Beckham, Half of the young dutch players.

yup rooneys 3 in 3 games has seen him showing what he can really do

he's definately underrated in game- just not by that much

i mean klinsman should be insanely good, and some other players should be better than what they are too

yeah it's so daft,so many stats are inaccurate
