Kleberson, Howard, O'shea, Mexes, G Silva, Ronaldinho (he seems way to slow & Crap), Pires, Lunjberg, Robben, Beckham, Half of the young dutch players.

Ljungberg and Pires are well overrated, not underrated.

most of the young players that haven't cemented themselves are under rated... i.e. ones that haven't proved them selves on the world stage...

I forgot, Duff is very underrated.

I think all English premierleague's top players are well made and overrated sometimes (like Okocha 90 acceleration and 90 speed and vieria 90 speed, fortune ,kanu etc.)( except Chelsea players). However very good players of teams like Valencia, Porto and Turkey national team(deco , vicente , emre , basturk) are very underrated. I guess the Konami team which prepared these stats are premier league fans.CM 03/04 stats are far more fair...

I don't like to alter the stats to make them more accurate. But are there any sites that tell you how good they should be or anything?
