Unnamed_3.bin [cv02.img] <--> File option XBOX 360

Hello at everybody!! I'm Salvatore and i'm from Italy.
I love editing the series of pes with some patches.
I'm trying to edit pes2009 for XBOX 360.. but now i've a problem.

I know that in the unnamed_3.bin of cvo2.img ther's the file option.
But how can i edit this file? With a tool? With the HEX?

Moreover, I've also edited a FO for XBOX 360 .. but is possibile import this FO into unnamed_3.bin?

you need 3 tools/programs to get yr cv02 open to edit

ggs to export a cv02 file from iso

afsxplorer to open the cv02 and unpack/zlib the unnamed 3 so u can open it

winhex or another hex editor to open yr option file in and to edit the unzlibbed file

then u need to be able to extract yr option file/edit data to yr pc which will open in winhex

I done all this steps Bolloxmasta but when I finally open this unnamed3 with WinHex all this weird numbers and symbols I dont know what to do next... please help
