i was playing with argentina against classic holland earlier and i noticed cwarim playing for c. holland. as far as i can remember this was cruyff's fake name. i've also checked c. germany and beckenbaur is back too.:w00t:w00t:w00t

theres also some changes to classic england, i guessed a few but got stuck on some:

I had a pen awarded in my favour five minutes into the first match!

Prior to that it was only 6 pens in 286 matches.

Coincidence? Not sure yet...

Players do seem more sluggish but in a good way. Still not sure though, if there are changes they are subtle.

On my second match, I got my first pen in exhibition mode. I dunno, but the game feels better/smoother. But I like the new formations. I think it was a good update, just wish they had all the transfers.

Game play feels smoother because the changes in players stats. You can edit by yourself...This DLC is fucking lame:realmad::realmad:...half-cooked player transfer and only one new boot which doesn't seems so new? And if you've created BuLi or Championship teams in team B, the rooster go haywaire AGAIN!!! This is not what we hope for a DLC...:realmad: Where are those new adidas WC jersey for licensed team such as France, Spain, Germany, etc.? and those African teams as well? Last update Konami did for Japan and for sure they have the base templates ready! Shit you Seabass...you save all the good things for PES2011...good marketing strategy at the expense of the fans!:realmad:

Just noticed that Gonzalo Higuain's overall dropped from 81 (or 82, don't remember) to 79. But his SA is 89, which is overrated. I'm embarrassed to say I own PES 2010.


EDIT: DAMN! Look at Pepe Reina's new stats!

By the way, why do they release a update out of date? With half of the transfers and some shit new stats... wtf konami!!!

I could care less about the boots and the updates to stats, but I'm still curious to hear more people's take on what changes, if any, they are finding gameplay wise.

Please, please, please, try to keep it real though. I don't want to hear people getting slagged for their opinions, just tell us what you think. Maybe it's placebo, but I would like to know what some people even think they might be seeing different.

This is very speculative, I know, but here's what seems like might be tweaked slightly (after five games only though):

- more penalties?
- slower player movement on and off the ball?
- dribbling seems tweaked, like there is tighter control, smaller touches, thus a bit more like Fifa 10 dribbling, and thus 360 is more evident. Probably just a result of slower movement though, or maybe all just placebo...
- defensive headers seem to go astray more???
- seen three arial backheel passes or clearances. I don't remember seeing more than one previously. Probably just didn't notice though.
- A tiny bit less swarming of defenders now around the player with the ball because they are all a bit slower???
- Easier to maintain posession because you have tighter control???
- I Don't personally notice the AI attacking more.
- I also definitely don't see an increase in difficulty, which is what I really wanted.
- I have noticed that passes across the box (regular pass button) are very effective now. They were already too effective, but now my attacking players are getting into good central positions more and nobody is covering their runs, or so it seems anyway (scored 6 like this in 5 matches).

All of the above could be placebo, but please be open minded. I'm not saying these things are changed, but it's honestly very hard to tell what's placebo and what isn't, and no, it's no fair to just say that nothing has changed until we can get a bit more consensus.

hey quick question after downloading the update do i overwrite the edit data or choose no??

i have the new WENB option file with bundesliga and such... so what are my options here? should i just skip this update??

Canadian I definitely felt tighter control in all of the 20 matches I played, even when using defenders or crap teams like Tenerife. It's like the game allows better use of all the angles with the analog stick now and it also seems more forgiving. Before, using the stick was very unforgiving and I'd find that players didn't generally move in the precise direction corresponding with my stick. They also seem more agile and responsive to my commands when dribbling. Like before it takes a really long time to stop the ball using R2 but now it's very quick. The good but really slow dribblers also seem much better under pressure and in tight quarters, like Giggs and Berbatov. Made a bunch of really slow and accurate runs with them with 3 defenders swarming. In the past for me that would result in loss possession 9/10 times.

To be fair though around the time of the last dlc my game's dribbling also went all magical for a bunch of matches and then disappeared the following day. Everything I noticed could just well be all down to dumb luck as a result of Pes' variety and randomness lol. I'll play for another week to see if it sticks.

Very nice this is pretty unexpected. Molna should be Bobby Moore and Chiringbone should be Sir Bobby Charlton. If they are then it's great to see the return of the 2 most deserved players for classic England.
