this may soud really stupid but i have no idea how to put FIXED CURSOR on its really doing my head in had a look in the manual but it doesn't say someone help me :confused:

Same as the previous game. In the controller select screen, keep pressing L1 until it goes from Auto through Manual and then to FIX.

My first post here. Great forum. Does anyone know the correct player names for the portuguese teams (I'm trying to transfer Tiago from Benfica to Chelsea, but I don't know who it is and the game won't let me transfer him from the National Team to Chelsea) and the others who we "unlock" using the PES points?

mitras I would recommend you invest in a Max Drive or X-port. It will really save you long hours of in-game editing.

How about looking for a Benfica player with a name starting with ''T'', who is a DMC and in his early 20's. I remember doing this in WE8, but sorry I have forgotten his name.

i have been playing WE8 a lot now. i have unlocked various items from the we-shop but from page 5 or so and onwards, all the players are unregistered!!! where are the rest of the secret players for me???

Small Observation

Still renting WE7I (but not for much longer) get my WE8I in 2wks time. Anyways I've noticed that COM teams don't rotate their line-ups unless they've accumulated yellows or their players get injured. Will this change if I turn the difficulty up from 3*? Is this different in WE8I. I think this small addition would add to the realism they already have in their games.

In WE8 the CPU teams will sometimes change their formation to add an extra attacker when they are losing. Don't think this happened in WE7.

Hi people, new member here and have tried to look everywhere on the forum for an answer but can't find it so I'm going to post the question. Just got Pro Evolution Soccer 4 (yes i know i'm very late)
Have to ask though about the freekick system. I know that we can choose between 2 players to take a freekick using the "select" button, but my quesiton is is it possible for a person to just lay off the freekick while another person comes and shoots the ball so that he gets a better angle around the wall? Hope someone's trying to understand. Basically one player just touching the ball and another one running and whacking it first time. Is it possible to do this. If so what do i press? Any help from you guys would be appreciated. Please, am very desperate, Plus I've heard that you can chip penalties, how is this possible? Can anyone help me there? Please oh please. Thanks a lot!
