WEmerica v3 Final for PES5 has what could be called fully fifafied french commentary,
the english commentary has several fifa comments, call names & chants.

I recall WEmerica mentioned a near fifafied english commentary MAY
be included in his EXPECTED release of WEmerica v4 Final for PES5.
