Yes, because all the team data is in the same file.
For example Lewandowski is not on Borussia Dortmund, because he is actually in the game with Poland and was moved. And it is like that with other teams made for the OF that have players in National teams.

first of all good, very good job ... many thanks.
Regarding the Player Database i would like to give you some feedback if you don´t mind.
1.) It seems you have double players due to creating them before 4.2 Update (see the players that have no club (e.g. Diego and i counted 2 more)
2.) It seems that also Konami added or changed National Team Players, as i spotted at least one Player with ^ behind its name. That looks like players nolonger beeing duplicates (e.g. VAUGHAN from Wales)
This affects Master League in some way.
Tip: In previous Versions of PES, i always copied the licensed duplicates over their unlicensed twin in the national Team.
This ensures you will never loose an licensed app upon DLC updates where licensed players are gone to Teams which are not within PES ( you will always have the copy in the national Team still licensed) and on the other hand you won´t have hundreds of duplicate players in the edited players section. Please note, since PES 2011 or PES 2012 (not sure) you nolonger need to care about duplicates as they are internally hidden in Master League or else ... so there is no need to move them to the unregistered players section.
3.) The 2nd English Division Teams will appear in Copa Libertadores in Master league. And might even win the cup - that is strange, too.
I also don´t know how to come accross this issue, but maybe you could release the added Teams as Export Files ... which is a lot of work i must admit!

1. I thought Diego had been replaced, because he was no longer included in team exports I had made. I'll look into finding the duplicate.. who else is there?
2. Yes, I think it's only Vaughan that I missed. Hardly a big deal, easy enough to fix yourself. I was also intending on re-adding the non-duplicate David Vaughan anyway - which I have done since the last update.
3. Why is this? You can select which teams are in the Libertadores... or if you mean in Master League, then if you are planning on using a Brazilian team, I'm afraid you'll have to create Serie B teams or whatever you'd like to use over the top. I hardly have enough time to create all of the teams I've decided to put into this version, let alone all of the other 2nd divisions. Sorry. I won't be uploading all of the exports either, it's too much work. I've had to reimport 60 teams today, and I still need to reassign all the kits before I can fix National Teams.
4. You can't base copy over in-game players now, only created ones. Duplicates are there in case I need the spare players later on. I will worry about that once I actually finish creating all teams/players.
Thanks for the feedback. But to be honest, I feel like a lot of this is down to personal preference. They are changes that aren't viable for everyone. If you want to make the changes yourself, great, but I have so much work to do before I can even consider most of this.

I just didn't find how to replace the Basel players that are Name_Bas... where are the ones who should be there instead of those?

The players with underscores are spare fake players who have come from the teams mentioned - _BAS players are players that were on the fake Basel team who I didn't need. The actual players should be there somewhere - you'll need a squad list, then just search for them. The majority are in the game somewhere. Otherwise, just wait for the update. All of the fake teams will be messed up, not just Basel. I've fixed them all - just re-linking kits and then onto the NT players myself. I have a couple more NT kits to add in, and then I'll probably release an update with a work-in-progress J.League included.

Regarding the Duplicates, yes Diego was in the unregistered players and in Atletico and yes i spottet 2 more, as i edited them, already, could you post a screen shot of the section of unregistered players ? I surely will remember them then ...
Another thing i just noticed is that the emblems of Basel and others in the other european teams section do not match (i guess still under construction) and you might want to notice that Austria Wien is called FK not FC. (http://www.transfermarkt.de/de/fk-austria-wien/startseite/verein_14.html)
Also i checked some of the Bundesliga Players and i am far away from starting stats discussions, but Augsburgs "Hahn" is the fastest Player in Germany!

What do you mean the emblems don't match? And yeah, I spotted the Austria Wien thing. I know people were having issues with the Dynamo Kiev logo so maybe it's the same kind of problem. It seems as though it'll be fixed in the next update though. It's always worked fine for me.
Yeah, all of the stats are courtesy of paul2478. I haven't really checked through them extensively - they're almost like placeholders before I try to convert all of the official PES 6-13 stats for players who have been in game before.
Other duplicates are Koray Gunter and a few others. Basically all Bundesliga players who transferred to in-game teams. I've been through Eisuke's thread and corrected all of them - let me know if there are any non-Bundesliga players.

regarding the Emblems: Basel had the Emblem from Dinamo Bucaresti or Pilsen and vice versa, also there is a Genk Emblem where is no Genk Team. But that could easily be re assigned - but yes the Dinamo Kiev Emblem is missing ...
I just installed DLC 5.0 and all the transfers were gone pretty much messed up your OF completly ...

The Bender Twins are now in Germany NT so you don´t need to create Sven Bender but Heiko Westermann was scratched from the Squad who had a preset face, i base copied him to save him for Hamburger SV.

New to the pes/option file arena... Looks like the emblems for the teams didn't work when I used the option file. Is that because it's still for data pack 4? I also got an error when copying over the files saying something like "could not copy over files" any help or answers would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Thanks Edu. I exported all the teams so Westermann is still in-game for me. No idea what the problem with the emblems is, but the next update will be a full file so it might be best to delete everything and re-install fresh.
As I say, transfers have almost been completely fixed now (just a few to add)

Will you add tactics for your next file?
Not at the moment. I have too much work to do on J.League/Championship/Liga MX squads. That kind of thing will come much later.
