Massive gameplay fixes. Keeper and Ref bugs are just annoying.
Adding the Konami Cup. It's not possible to play a league with 7 friends like in 09. That's the reason I have to buy fifa now. Pathetic.

Somehow I doubt anyone in konami is listning, they are busy with the upgrade called .. pes 2011!! Which will be an update of 2010!

Online button lag is obviously #1, and it really should be fixed if possible, especially given how up in arms the community in general is about it. I have a feeling that they are definitely trying to fix it, but the question I think is more a matter of whether they can or not.

#2 I think is too big to work into an update. That is to say that if you don't like the game how it plays now, I highly doubt an update is going to come along which reworks the game enough to make you suddenly love the gameplay. Personally I'm really enjoying it, so it's not a problem for me.

If I could fix one small thing though, it would be the effectiveness of long early crosses. They might be able to address that in a patch. Anything more than that, like updating the goalkeepers would, IMO, basically be a new game.

Mind you - I'd definitely love it if they came out with a more major update (call it Final Evolution), free or not, but I doubt it will happen.

The game has been out just over a month. It shouldnt need an update it should be complete from the start!

It hasnt moved forwards as a game for the last 3 years its just the same game play!

Running and turning is so rubbish, not fluid at all which is why I am selling my copy on eBay and carrying on with fifa

Oh an before anyone says I havent bought fifa since 2002 until I got 2009 cheap and its come a long way, everyone I know who used to love pro evo has now gone over to fifa!

If you can not spot the differences between 08 / 09 and PES 2010 then I think you need to spend more time with the game. The two last versions were all about dribbling, speed, and body balance. Now there is a nice mix which puts all stats to work. Much better in my opinion.

Running and turning aye? The same running and turning as in PES 08 and 09? because that was a joke. No game should ever be like that again. At least now crosses are dangerous and you have to block every attempt at crossing from the wing and you can if you just follow your man.

I like the game because it has a fresh feeling to it (at least against human players) and it is all about a good passing game. You can really string nice moves together like you could before the dark ages of 08 & 09.

Keepers do many misstakes but still the scores often stay real. I like the game, just hope they can fix the bugs that makes the formation saving a pain in the ass, and referees and to some extent goalkeepers.

Otherwise, thumbs up from me.

Dont expect any game play updates until around january seeing how long a basic roster update has taken

1 - Referees (rarely gives a free kick or a penalty, whilst the CPU tackles you all over the place)
2 - Improved GK's (they currently seem to be standing stilll quite a lot and simply let the ball roll into the net)
3 - Improved defensive IA from the CPU (they indeed seem to run away from your attacker sometimes (or you can just run around them) and improved offensive IA from the CPU (they miss 100% chances continously, very disturbing)
4 - Add a level of difficulty (like with Winning Eleven)

Mr. Champion still gets over exited about it getting close to half time. Bloody hell, this was such an obvious mistake in '09, I thought they would have fixed it.

I find that the scores in most games stay realistic (with the exception of one game I played where my keeper couldn't have even caught a cold and I lost 10-1). The refs are quite annoying though. I've been ripped out in the box quite a few times but have only had one penalty (and then I was winning 4-0 with 10 mins left so it didn't really matter whether I had one or not).

i think if they solve the keepers' and ref.'s bugs it will be a great game, but i can't help getting nervous after seeing 2-3 big mistakes in each game

I forgot to mention that IMO what "SHOULD" have been in the update is... Well, what "IS" in the update. In otherwords, I don't expect gameplay or bug fixes on update #1 after 1 month.

It´s an achievement getting a penalty. Despite being hacked out of it countless times in the box I never got one. There should be a trophy awarded if you get a penalty The refs are a joke!
