No I did not even get to watch the game. I was in surgery haha. I rellay like Tim Howard, he's probably the main reason I like Everton. I won't deny I'm a new fan, but I've known Howard for awhile.
I'm a die hard Nadeshiko Japan fan though. There is a Womens U-20 World Cup being hosted in Japan and its a 13 hours time difference from Michigan. I wake up, get on skype with my japanese friend, and watch the game lol. I wish I could watch more Everton Football.

Mak has it right, I am just a traitor. Something about the Mexico team I really like. For starters, Chicharito. But it is mixed in with a little dissapointment over the U.S. team.

and that goes for Howard, not for his play, but for his rather ill-fated remarks after they lost the Gold Cup to Mexico, and revealed his contempt for part of the winning ceremony being in Spanish. What Howard didn't understand was it was not the U.S. cup, but the Gold Cup that the U.S. was hosting. Secondly, 90% of the fans in the Rose Bowl were there to see Mexico. Lastly, Mexico won.

edit: TH may have it right as well. Maybe some day I'll jump the other way.
