What's the deal with Liscenced Teams?

Why does pes never have More English teams Liscenced ?
Tottenham Hotspur & Manchester United will be liscenced in Pes 11 but my question is why cant more English teams be Liscenced like United & Spurs? I do not understand it. It would be nice to see Chelsea Arsenal Liverpool and possibly Man City Liscenced.

Who is it up too to say okay Konami we allow you to Liscense Chelsea, Arsenal Etc...

Someone please explain to me thanks :)

I believe that EA have an exclusive deal with the prem league and as a result of this Konami can only have two club licenses at a time.

Don't know about that, I always hoped they'd go for the Championship license if the Prem was un-obtainable but then i guess the French, Dutch and Italian customers would want it too.

I wonder if the situation with the EPL license is the same with the Spanish not being a fully licensed league.

a full Championship would be amazing, especially on Master League
trying with the ORig ML players to get out of the CL into the PRemier.

I know it can be don't on OF's but not the same

If that is the case, they should then licence Chelsea and Man Utd. The best two clubs in the prem league for this era.

Not that easy. Konami have to arrange licensing deals directly with the clubs, which is not only time consuming, but very expensive.

The clubs themselves have to be happy with the money and exposure they receive.
