whats the point of a ps3 now?

I have a 360 and I'm really happy with it. I don't give a shit or two about console wars, the games on the 360 so far are enough to keep me happy. I'll probably buy a PS3 anyway, when I find the room for the huge log and when it's cheap....in 4 years.

I'll probably get a Wii though, cheap and Nintendo usually has the best exclusives.

I still have the old Xbox and I'm more then happy with that. It's my favourite console that I've experienced, the joypad is excellent and the games are both great and affordable (especially now that stores are getting rid of their xbox stock for low prices...)

I'm sure I'll get a 360 one day, because of my good experience with the old system... but not just yet. At the moment it's too expensive for my liking, and there arent enough games out yet that I'm REALLY interested in.
So I'm just waiting for a price-drop as well as the first generation games being available at budget prices.

Untill that time I'll keep having fun with my Xbox...

I am one of the few people that actually prefers the xbox pad (including the d-pad) to the ps2 one. The only thing I find worse about it is that r2 and l2 are black and white buttons in silly places. Thankfully they sorted that out for my 360 (a bumper and a trigger), but two bumpers would have worked better. However, a trigger is better to have for most other games (shooting, racing etc) so you have to make a compromise.
