If you're quite early on in the game I highly recommend Van Der Vaart. Affordable and effective. Also you can play him nearly anywhere in the midfield or attack.

Bojan Krkic is another with a lot of promise. Very young and he scored a hat-trick for me in his first game (and hit the bar twice). I play him alongside Cuevas - a Paraguayan. Saw him in Bammers05's thread and no other strikers were willing to join so I gave him a chance and I'm glad I did.

YES!!! my good man. he is the best player on the game! i always play three forwards and they all score 40+ goals a season (top player). the other 2 are Samuel Eto'o and as someone else mentioned, Ormoa. trust me use ELCHERINO!!!!

Torres and Gerrard for Liverpool. Also Babel steams in with a few. I'll come back again once I've played a few seasons, I don't like using the classic players because I like it to be as real as possible, but I used to and also remember Elcherino being mint!

In the last game I scored 30 a season plus with Kuyt, then sold him to Barca!

Top Level Lets cut to the chase here once and for all. I play 5 min match on top player. The Top goalscorers are Messi, Eto'o, Kaka, C. Ronaldo up front looking at 1 per game 2 or 3 sometimes. This game is all about pace, skill and power so any of these minces any defence.

Medium level Adriano, Ibrahimovic, Aguero, Henry, Drogba, Shevchenko, Rooney, Tevez all again normally goal 1 I would say.

In terms of potential Rooney, Messi, C. Ronaldo, Aguero, Tevez and maybe Benzema with his age.
