Why is difficulty on beginner online

Is this something to do with your profile or is it the same for everyone. Do you think this could have something to do with defending be awful online.

I noticed this but though nothing of it... When I host a match online it says top player though? When I joined another room it said beginner? But because I mainly host my matches everything is fine for me, so maybe that's why?

if the host of the game has set ther difficulty to beginner at the begining of the game when you first load it up, this is what is displayed when online

Maybe it has to do with the fact that Konami is trying to minimized the amount of information being transfered over online games. More AI = more computations, more lag.

LOL's to Lezzo. Pretty funny. I don't know what the deal is but I think it has no effect in online play tbh. Keepers are still doing some amazing saves like on Top Player diff. About the defence losing their spots is something to do with the lag. Try not to play against people with orange colors. Just play yellow and of course green!

no, it does matter, try playing offline in pro mode, you dont even have to control anyone from ur defense and they will automatically try to put pressure... unlike online defenders who just stand there until you press something..

Beginner online feels like what a racing game is when you have computer assisted aids, you just don't feel like you're 100% in control and it just drives me nuts.:realmad:

it's shite.

Jess, well, you see, I only play vs green connects. Let's hope Konami adjusts this with a patch. I'ma try "Assisted" on my cursor control, too, instead of Semi. maybe that will wake up the D a bit.

Yeah try the "assisted" cursor, that's what I did...
