Maybe this could be a thread for worse game you have ever bought or worse game on each console you have bought.

For PlayStation 2, I rarely played The Bouncer. You could complete it in like 2 hours.

EDIT: Also, wrong section mate. There is a gaming section below Entertainment. ;)

I dont buy shit games really. I tend to play them at a friends house, or at least read a lot of reviews first, as I'm not made of money. I don't just go into a game shop and pick something up off the shelf

But the worst one bought for me was probably Enter The Matrix. I threw it away

Like mutu I always try my best to avoid shite games, it's not too difficult to do so with reviews and mates who assume that a game is great just on the name (Driver 3).

But everyone is suspectable to an absolute howler, a rush of blood to the head or a tempting price is all it takes. The game in question was Sega Soccer Slam. I just don't know what I was thinking!

Some games can be saved by the price you pay for them. For example I bought Die Hard Vendetta the other day on Cube for £2. Not a great game but entertaining enough for the price.

Nothing immediately springs to mind really but I do remember the first game I bought for the PS2, Ridge Racer V. I bought it before I actually got the console as I hadn't pre-ordered a PS2 and had to go on the waiting list after its release.

Anyway I first played it when a mate brought round his console. We played the multiplayer and didn't like it one bit, and wasn't long before I got shot of it after I got the console myself. So on the basis of shortest length of time I've owned a game thats the one.

I generally won't buy a game though unless I've tried it out first or I am absolutely certain its a game I'm going to like.

I'm like Krook etc, I don't buy a game unless I know I will like it, easy enough really.

Probably the PS2 itself as all I played on it were GTA games. Sonic Heroes is probably the worst though. Dig into your thesaurus and try 'abysmal'. Or ghastly. Abhorrent?
