Well dont you think you have to explain why the keepers are bad.

I dont give away many chances so i dont allow my keeper to be left in a shitty situation. So may be you are not good at defending and allow keeper to spill like 10 chances pr. game.

I dont see many ridiculous keeper action.

You guys are just retarded. You cant say you are good if you just beat AI on the highest level. Offline is so easy. Play online? When you win most of the games online then I believe you can say you are something. Also play online against good opponents and YOU WILL SEE that the goalkeepers sucks badly. If you dont think the goalkeepers suck, you have just played to little and thats it.

Most people i have playes online in 100 matches were worse than AI.

Without lag i would be among the best 10% of PES players. And i actually dont think offline is easy. But the difficulty depends on your settings.
I have my xbox connected to a monitor 1280x1080, widescreen and standard in expanded mode. If you change those settings to anything else the game will be easier.

I have played many WC as Denmark and it is not easy. Brazil and other top teams yes but thats obvious.

There is a difference between conceding goals and the ability (or lack of) from the goalkeepers believe it or not. We can all park the bus, defend till our hearts content, but it still doesn't account for the fact that if the defence is penetrated then the goalkeepers are useless. The only reason people keep clean sheets is because of good defending, not good goalkeeping (the majority of the time).

Yeah i concur, i can play the game too. I AM DOING IT RIGHT! I keep clean sheets, if fact i never complained about conceding goals, just about the keepers in general. The goals i score could quite easily be saved if the keeper attempted instead of standing with his arms by his side! (Yes still top player and online). Were not saying it happens every match, i dont mind a david james blunder, just as long as the keeper does summit.
Im not even sayin it makes it a bad game, but there is deffo room for improvement with the keepers on PES11.

Also Kefir very modest of you to acknowledge that up to 10% of the worlds pes gaming community might be able to beat you, i think your too modest tho. I thought you would be in the top 10 of all pes players of all time. lol.

I simply fail to comprehend how anyone can claim PES's goalkeepers to be solid or even "fine". It's ultimately down to poor programming from Konami, but the sheer volume of glitches I noticed during my time playing PES was astonishing. As someone's YouTube video previously proclaims, it is indeed like the goalkeepers are on crack-cocaine. You need to have trust in your goalkeeper, but that's impossible with the glitch-prone programming from Konami.

I disagree entirely. And, as someone who's spent far too much time playing pro when he should have been working or doing other stuff, I should have some insight into it.

Yes, keepers have made mistakes...occasionally. But, trying to claim the keepers are full of glitches and make mistakes ALL THE TIME is just not true in my experience. NOt true at all.

goal keeper sometimes make wrong decision. but almost wrong decision is from our push button. i just notice that i make a couple of mistake by my own. when a striker of opponent want to shoot, i got defender there. but at the same time i want make gk rush out. but the ball refelct to defender and goal...my gk are out position. overall in pes/we gk are not tough as fifa gk. but i like it. but when u play we2010 superstar level....its different. the gameplay is more realistic. i love we than pes....

umm yeah hello pes people its been my experience that the keeper some times will do some stupid things(without hitting triangle) i dont see it as a glaring problem (refs) but sometmies yes they will do something to lose the game and that is when i reset that game hah.BUt that is only if it was so obvious what to do i couldve done it.

What frustrates me to no end is hitting super cancel and my guy doesn't respond esp on freekicks that is soo frustrating to know you could get to the ball if the AI would jsut realease control so i can get the player "off the rails" my gawd fix super cancel to be instant.

Hit detection on the keepers should be improved also dontknow how many times i watched a replay to see a ball go thru the fingers of the keeper(mine or theirs) or a free kick going thru someones head and into the goal

BUt i still love this game .

PS how could they release a game with such horrid refs who play tested this. I mean cmon i can tackle someone without the ball from behind and its just a yellow havent seen a red yet or a pen its ridiculous.

Wow I can't complain about refs not blowing for fouls. I get them almost all the time. I almost get red/yellow cards in every game. Yes,sometimes I get away with murder but so does the AI. The most frustrating thing for me is that 99.99 percent of games I lost or draw are games where I sometimes have up to 25 attempts at goal of which 15-20 are on target but lost 1-0 or draw 1-1 or 0-0. In the games where I lost or draw the opposition most of the time have only 1-3 shots at goal and won or draw. KONAMI seriously needs to sort this out. I have tried different top strikers but the result always is the same. And what is up with every season losing or draw to bottom sites? I understand it sometimes happens, but every season I lost or draw most of my games against the bottom 5.

Then there are times when I hardly do anything note worthy and score- the point here is the AI is to much involved in my players even tho I have the setting none-asst. This game is frustrating as hell because it so much feel as If I'm not really responsible for losses or wins. You can put so much effort in and lost and then you dont have to do anything and win.

P.S. The goalies are scum! Totally agree.
