I'm from the UK, But, because my Xbox account is American, Do I get different things?

EDIT: Yeah. It does give me different things. I'll let you all know what I think of the demo.

It's ok. Not the best though.
It still feels and looks like a FIFA
The freestyle is awkward as you have to use the left trigger and then while thats down use the right stick.
Shots are quite hard to get on target.

Mostly agree with nickpring. Shooting is very difficult (i skyed all my shots) tricks are very awkward indeed, and i also found it hard to control my players when going for tackles, most of the time they turn at right angles and turn sharply and it is very difficult to get a tackle on target. Graphics look good, but in terms of gameplay, PES 2008 has nothing to worry about.

Having played the demo a few more times i have more views on it. The fact that you can't change the controls in the demo is slightly annoying as it would be much easier if you could change them to the PES controls, as you could in the FIFA 07 demo. I found that you can string some really good passing moves together, very much like the top teams in the world would. However, player movement and tackling still worries me immensly in FIFA 08, and i think it will be its downfall, along with the shooting. As i said before, i don't think PES 2008 has anything to worry about.

Now going to attempt to download the FIFA 08 demo. Looks like a late night is on the cards.

Just played the Fifa 08 demo, i was impressed with the arena and found the player movements for the keeper and attacker looked an improvement, played 1 game and I found it difficult to do anything, tackle a player, get a shot off, even take on a single person! Will need to play it a few more times to get the grips of it and i'll see what i think of it then, but at the moment it's just Stranglehold for me, quality game, been hooked on it for hours!

I know I see what you mean. I suppose it makes it realistic though. Just rented Stranglehold from Blockbuster for 2 days as I heard the storyline is very short and I don't want to waste 40 quid. Completed the first two levels so far and got 60GS off it.

You can change the controls... Go on match options then Xbox controller settings and set the style to New.

Fifa is cuntish.

Just borrowed Hitman Blood Money off my pal and it is good. Better than the old ones because you actually have to use stealth rather than running about guns blazing.
