Anfield
Some may say its pointless but i think it would be really cool if before a celtic/liverpool match in the champions league for example this song was played before with all the scarfs raised. Obviously for celtic they would need to have celtic park in the game (which they dont now but hopefully in future) but it would just make the game even more realistic.
Hopefully i dont get shot down as i understand there are more important things than this but just wanted to find out how everyone felt.
I agree. I have been playing the demo, and although it's only a demo I have to say that I'll miss the atmosphere of Anfield. Anfield is a special ground with special fans and I think they need to try to recreate that atmoshpere in to the game.
That being said I think all of Britain has great atmosphere from top to bottom, not just Anfield. So I really think they should try to get the atmosphere right at every club even Manchester United, and all the other licensed teams. It would do immense wonders to the experience of the game.
1. The tunnel should look more like the one at Anfield, where they walk down the stairs where the "This is Anfield" sign is. Would be really cool to see some of the players, Gerrard, Torres and Carragher notably touch the sign, like in real life.
2. The song "You'll Never walk alone" should be at the speakers, NOT the old songs from PES09 or 08.
3. The crowd should be singing along, like they do in real life.
4. More details from the crowd, wearing Liverpool shirts and holding up the scarfs when singing You'll Never Walk Alone.
5. Would be nice to see the crowd go berserk when the homeside scores, like it is in real life at Anfield! Maybe they could stand up and then jump a little in excitement?
6. The crowd at the demo from Anfield doesn't sound good unfortunately. Send some over from the Konami team to an Liverpool game and an United game, get them to listen and experience the great crowds and they'll know what I am talking about. If they could record the chants from a real game and take it from there, it would be fantastic.
7. The crowd should be singing "You'll Never Walk Alone" at the end of a match as well. Weaker when the team loses and Higher when the team wins!!
8. "Fields of Anfield road" is missing, the crowd should be singing that as well.
