One of my favorites actually comes from PES2008 believe it or not!:shocking:
I was playin a match in my master league. It was one of those short moments that felt like a lifetime. Cant remember who it was against but im sure it was a decent side....It was about half way through the 2nd half and i think i was like 2 or 3-0 to me...My attack ends in a goal kick...The players reset as they do and their keeper boots it towards one of his CPU players who is centre of the field, just over the half way mark...I see him twitch a bit and i smell his fear:unsure:...I rocket towards him with the man mountain known as Ibrahimovic...I skin him like the biach he is and leave him on the floor wondering what day of the week it is:thud:...I take the ball to just past the centre circle at full pace and pull the trigger!...BLAM!!!:superman: IBRA JUST CREAMS THE DAMN THING!!!...The ball starts to rise but settles at a nice height...Its lookin good i say!...I eye their keeper...He's on his toes and almost back

He has time alone to think about it:tumble:

this reminds me of a free kick i had on WE7. the kick was taken by Oliseh on my side of the halfway line, right side of the field. i sent it deep into the box just hoping something would happen. one of my forwards jumped for it, but missed it. well, this must have put off the 'keeper because the ball went right through his hands and into the back of the net. goal to Oliseh. i just might still have the replay...i'm gonna have to go look for it.

Its nice to know that one of my favorite memories from PES has jogged a other few people's memories about their past goals. Good stuff people!
Kinda OT: I was having a kick about yesterday with my mates during the crazy on and off wind and snow. I was standing slightly to the right of the goal, a few paces away from the edge of the box and my mate who was to my left and just inside the box flicked the ball up in the air towards me, slightly to my right, suprising me as i was taking a hands on hips breather...i had no time to think, move, strafe or anything so i swung my right leg, fully outsretched and totally horizontal at the ball just hoping id catch it in time, caught it frickin sweeeet!...it absolutely steamed through the air looking like it was going to just loop over the keeper and the damn thing blasted off the crossbar!:no:...Safe to say i was gutted! I did score a nice looping chip with my left foot and a nice curler into the top corner, both from the edge of the box too so i didnt just freeze my butt of for nothing

Probably spending countles hours with friends creating ourselves in WE9 (and creating new friends whenever we'd make them), building almost a complete starting eleven out of us, and taking that team into ML.

Once I noticed I was on a roll with the clean sheets (about half-way through the season), you can't imagine how nerve-wracking defending became. I nearly blew an artery when my team's AI gave away a penalty in the LAST game of the season after I was 3-0 up with 20 minutes to go. Like, rage face to the 25th power. I saved it with Akinfeev, though, and I think I woke the neighbors up. :^D
thats fucking insane!!!
i've given the sofa many a kicking when the clean sheets record goes in the season.

Winning the world cup with 7 mates on top player on PES6. We played "fix" mode with the CPU controlling the centre backs. What made it great was that we'd all had at least 10 pints by the final.

i get my best memories from PES 6.
I was playing a friend of mine in hostel. there were around 13 guys watching the match. i was the 'king' supposedly.. cuz i used to thrash anyone who played against (no bragging there). thats when during this match he went 1-0 ahead before half time. he was playing real good and it was the first time we were playing against each other. i was struggling to keep possession. and all the ppl in the room who had got defeated by me before, started to be on his side of support, cuz they used to wonder, when will someone ever beat me..
SO, its 1-0, him brazil, me england. the match went onto the 85th minute when i played an amazing team goal. passed all the way from robinsons throw through ferdinand, lampard, beckham, rooney and finally owen who pounced upon the lobbed ball into the top post. the ball bounced off underneath it and hit the goal line and hit the top post again and crept in.. it was like two seconds of the best dramatical and delirious reactions, i ever heard in that room, let alone with that game, so many gasps at the first bounce and so many "WOW"s when the ball hit the post again and slid in.. i was totally jumping around..
the guy was stunned when i started to show my aggression in the end. dunno what happened to him, like he kept losing possession quickly and he was shivering, (he was all smiles from that first goal of mine) but during the 90 min, jst before the end of stoppage time. he gave me enough space for me to place a lampard screamer from 20 yards.
